Congrats on going part time at work, more top of the hill dances for us! I'm sure there's a fair bit of planning that goes on behind the scenes, but we're here for you and the Kylinator 🔥
It does seem an unreal dream but you are there because of your Infectious, enthusiasm and energy. You are a honest say it like it is gal and a wonderful couple. It's been lovely as we watch you taking us along on your amazing journey. 👏
I am on the Gluten free diet. Bit of a hassle to be honest but the benefits of it are more energy and no bloating. The cafe stops are the main problem.
We enjoy watching your videos, and each time we've watched one, we're waiting anxiously for the next one! By the way, we had the same experience in Petra - waited for 15 minutes and nobody wanted to serve us; then we just gave up and left.
I love watching your channel, you’ve done really well for yourself, keep it up, amazing channel and I could never get bored of watching your channel, if I could afford I’d love to do some of the trips you do, enjoy, be good to see Kyle back out with you, you make a great team 👌☺️
When you come back next year, consider Viva Blue & Spa, dont know how it compares cost wise, but I stayed for a fortnight ending the week before 312 on a training camp and it was a whole other level, totally geared towards cyclists and triathletes. The massive food buffet at breakfast and dinner was unbelievable. Rooms are more like a suite. Lovely to watch your video series on Mallorca, brought back many good memories x
B&B tip: the aircon (and lights) often turns off if you’re not in the room - it knows when you’re out by whether you put the key card in the little slot by the door. Simply put a spare credit card or some old train tickets (you need a thick-ish wodge) in it when you go out. Then it’s nice and cool when you get back. It’s just a light sensor in it with a beam on the other side - nothing special about the hotel’s own key card.
Hi Amy, my wife and daughter are gluten free, you may have to have gluten free oats for your porridge now 🤔 my wife Maria uses Nairns gluten free oats 👍 there are plenty of alternatives available now for gluten free foods too 👍🥲😊 anyway great video and you made the sensible decision not to do the other route with the roads being wet 👍 glad you had a great time away and also re your Snowden Strava photos, what a perfect morning for a walk up to the summit, fantastic 😎
Nice end to the adventure, looks like you made the right choice to finish on a shorter ride and I can confirm the tropical Isle of Wight had this weather a day after you did. Nice series of videos and great to see the cafe details. I am also gluten "reactive" - I had the full NHS tests after a long period of issues. Turns out wheat, oats, gluten, milk and egg are all issues for me! There is nothing I can eat accept meat! But seriously when I then spoke in detail with the consultant, he said its about moderation, reducing bread and wheat intake, selecting gluten free. So I still have the stuff which I have a bit of a reaction to but I really limit it and that's helped a lot, rather than going totally cold-turkey on a lifetime of yummy food :)
Really enjoyed your videos while you and your friends were cycling in Spain. Beautiful scenery. My sister and my niece went to Spain last year on vacation. They loved it there. Keep posting your positive videos. Pedal safe.
Novak Djokovic was allergic to Gluten. He gave it up and went wholefoods vegan and that transformed his performance and ranking. There's a good YT video on it. It helped me as well but I do have a little fish. I like a good curry too!
A normal day out on the bike for Amy with Ed Clancy tagging along😂Back to reality after this I guess?😆Loved your Mallorca trip👍I had an epic 150 mile ride planned for tomorrow for my 600th ride on my e bike but the nice forecast was replaced with an awful one! This morning it was very wet but just before midday I decided to chance it and 2 miles into my ride I found dry roads, it was like it hadn't rained at all😮I headed for the Forth road bridge and got home 5 hours later just in time for dinner with 71 miles covered, then I had a lightbulb moment and decided to have my dinner and get back out to bag 100 miles👍It was a lovely evening with very little wind and my local roads are just awesome, I did another 33 miles so my 600th ride ended with104 miles😁That sure made up for the disappointment of no ride tomorrow😉
Sounds like a great ride!! ☺️ well done on getting 100 miles in I bet that felt great! ☺️ glad you had good weather in the end and yes I’m back to reality this week with work but then out and about next week! On another adventure 🙌🙌
We stayed in Duva aparthotel near port de pollensa - yes it’s just basic but that’s all you need when you’re out cycling most of the time - location wise it’s a bit out of pollensa maybe 20 min walk down to there in the evenings ☺️
Love the anti-caveman sign! "No molesten" _Kyle_ ! Another fun video, Amy. Thanks for the fun escape from our reality. Good luck w/ your NCGS, non-celiac gluten sensitivity.
Hi Amy, just wanted to pass on our daughter is coeliac and on occasion she's been given small amounts of gluten while eating out it really screws with her mental health along with the other normal symptoms, something for you to consider in your health journey (you sound just like Hannah sometimes😊). Take care, happy riding for you and Kyle.
@@amy.cycling.adventures thanks Amy, as long as there's no gluten she's ok, the mental health side is always a bit of a battle isn't it. Hi from New Zealand, keep up the great work, you've inspired me to try for longer rides and I love hearing how much you're feeling for these rides...very helpful info, cheers Shaz
Hiya! No you just contact them if you’re hit by a car and it’s not your fault & they sort it from there ☺️ and it’s all free 🙌 (I thought it was a scam at first when I was hit!)
Lovely Amy don't overthink life this is all amazing and enjoy and accept all that is happening ride the wave of joy and excitement plus never doubt you deserve it mate Kyle will be ok sometimes you need a solo adventure every now and then. A school friend that did a degree in Spanish then went over to Spain and taught English & Spanish in schools, was shocked to find that her girl friends expected her to leave the cubicle door open when she had a pee so that they could chat away as normal.... It seems locks on loo doors aren't necessary in many parts of Spain
I know Brits probably think Americans eat some strange things for breakfast, but I'll never get used to seeing people eat beans in the morning. Weird. Thats lunch and dinner food.
I'm surprised you were allowed into the velodrome with bicycles while it was raining. It is very dangerous to ride a bike on a wet track. Have you designed your route for APN yet? You said some time ago that the event rules prohibited you from getting help on designing the route. But the rules only prohibit event entrants from helping other entrants. Kyle can design your route for you. So can anybody else who is not an entrant. Read the rules. :)

(reliability of this obviously assumes the b&b has aircon in the first place 😅 )
Thanks for taking the world along with you on this adventure, thanks for sharing and keep inspiring. ❤
My pleasure 🫶 glad you enjoy the videos! Thank you ☺️
Didn't know there was a velodrome at Sineu stopped there for lunch a few weeks ago, lovely place. Petra is also very nice.
Yes Petra is nice too!

Thank you! It’s UK I’m afraid!
Face like a smacked arse one of my favourite sayings. Always an entertainer young lady. Always look forward to your vids 👏👏👏
Good job on Ellies baked bean baguette. Good northern food
🤮
I started riding bikes more because of the adventurous lifestyle it brings 🙂
Amazing that you can go part time. Although, this is also a job. But a fabulous job. Great to do things you love to do. 😅

Wouldn't removing helmet at cafe stop in humidity be sweet sweet relief.
Even if it's cold. Park the bike, helmet on handlebars
Alot of people I've met never take theirs off though, even indoors.
Bring back Kyle!
beans for brekkie...
the worst day in Spain (talking about weather) is better than the best in UK? Is that so? :)
Haha maybe it was a slight exaggeration but we have had a lot of rain recently!
Show off at 3:27 😂
Get Kyle to the 312 🙌🏻
Yes - that’s the plan for next year 🙌🙌
