Ace, debes comunicarte con Dustin Luke, él conoce muy bien Argentina y podrás consultar con él. Los lunes, en todo el Delta(Tigre, San Fernando, etc) las guarderías náuticas y los club están cerradas, por eso no viste el río con toda su actividad.
Deberia ir por Palermo que tiene el rosedal, planetario, jardin japones, las plazas de alla son totalmente hermosas :) . Cuidado con la ola de calor que viene Dx

He was very important because he modernised the country with a new education system, railways etc. The big building was a Belle Epoque hotel, Tigre Hotel, which had its glory moment pre WWI and its now an art museum
The big building was not the Tigre Hotel. That building was the Tigre Club, and it was also a casino. The Tigre Hotel was demolished almost 100 years ago.

Oh, and Tigre is a city which forms the great Buenos Aires zone, which is different from Buenos Aires city but within the Buenos Aires province (the next political division after country or national level: country-Argentina, province-Buenos Aires, municipality/department/whatever you call it in other countries and city-Tigre). Places I recommend you to visit La Boca (caminitos de la boca)- its a beautiful place where you can see a street with colored buildings like paintings and a lot of tango and good food Palermo (Bosques de palermo)- one of the biggest parks of buenos aires, near it has a lot of bars and cafes- I rally love this park Barrio chino - its the typical chinese town, i recomend eating at Cisne Blanco, my favorite place where you can eat chinese food Jardin Japones- (you HAVE TO come here,) Mar del plata(the route its a little bit too long)- I dont kmow much about there but is gorgeous the view PD: GO TO EAT TO A PARRILLA
