If we make at home it's always ghee or ghee n dalda mix.
One normal sandwich bread cut into rectangles and fried golden brown in ghee or ghee dalda mix
A little less than 500gm sugar made into a syrup.
One n half litre cream milk reduced to khawa state
Kaaju ( 15-20) n kismis ( handful) fry separately
Rose essence 2 drops
Soak the fried bread piece in syrup , once it is soaked add khawa , pinch of salt , essence and dry fruits.

I’m Hyderabadi but this is not the right recipe of making double ka meetha & he is garnishing with seeds which is absolutely not done in Hyderabadi double ka meetha. This recipe is made from pure ghee, khowa, dry fruits, bread, milk and sugar syrup. Maybe this video is uploaded from any village shadi
