Thank you. One of the only videos whoch explains buoyancy correctly in terms of not just a force but countered by the density of the object put in it. Archimedes was basically explaining the way to calculate the density in comparison to the water displaced makes something buoyant/float. And air in hollow objects/structures makes things less dense and floats more.
Ships are able to float because the concentration air per square inch contained within the vessels are less dense than the water that it displaces per square inch.
My eureka moment came to me when I discovered how to tell the difference between a female ant and a male ant. You simply drop the ant in water. If it sinks girl ant, if it floats...
This doesn't help. If the bowling ball was formed into a boat shape then it will float, even though it weighs the same. Why do floating things stop sinking at a certain level but sinking things keep sinking?

this was extremely helpful for a kid as curious as me.
But if the ships are hollow, how are the deck able to support tonnes of weight?
ty this helps me so much with my quiz
Thank you
This explains buoyancy this really helped me! Thank you

POV: You're in school
Now, what keeps it upright?
Now I know why cargo ships can float
Thanks I build a lego ship and it does not float but thanks ima try that
My final exams are going on and this thing is included it helped me a lot thanks

lolol WHATTTT WOWWWW!!! OMG EUREKAAAAAAAA!!! SO COOL!
thanks, it really helped me with my homework, cool videos, make more
I love your videos keep it up!
Good teacher
Thank you it helped me =)

If it were formed into a shape that enough water, yes.
But they don’t put cork in the bottom to make it float.
Heavier objects have greater gravitational force.
Yeet this helped me soooo much
