    Wow Nice aquarium in your pond! Interesting to not let the bottom of the tank touch the air or all of the water would pour out lol

    Awesome. Also @Tuna Vic, glass bowels distort the look of fish so you best double check that you would want to use a bowel.

    erm , dont wanna bug coz its a great setup , but to those that are amazed , its called an observatory . its just an aquarium upside down which has had its air vacuumed thus the water goes up just like it would if under the water level . if your asking yourself what they did in the beginning of the movie , they threw floating pellets into the aquarium so the fish would feed in it , as a small fraction of the air is still trapped inside the vacuumed tank .

    Got a great idea for an outdoor fish tank with glass over and a tank stikking up like in this movie, just that its bigger and is used as a table:p That would have been awesome:)

    really cool way to display the fish. i assume this is a fairly simple method. submerse aquarium, then pull it up to trap the water and place it on the bricks. it's a really good idea for viewing the fish. u probably have to get in there often to clean the glass from algea. interesting.

    beautiful pond! I recently added one of these fish domes to my pond, however my fish seem un interested. is it required that you put food into the elevated tank to get them to go up in it everytime? or do they become familiar with it and go on there on some times? thanks!

    • @cooolchick647
      @cooolchick647 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Allison Foster try adding food at first to get them to realize they can swim up there. once they swim up once they should go up on their own more and more

    are cinder blocks safe for fish? I want to size up from the little 1.5 gallon in my 135 acrylic tank
    , to something like a 10 or 20. i need something to support alot of weight. people are saying they leach chemicals into the water
