Jesus Christ saved my life he can save yours to. No body is perfect we all have sinned fallen short of the glory of God, except Jesus Christ. So he was the perfect sacrifice for the world and he became that sacrifice. So that we can be perfect in God’s eyes all we need to do is. Repent from our sinful wicked ways and surrender our life’s to him. Jesus Christ. Repent meaning acknowledge and forsake your sins. Know you have sinned and know you are not good in God’s eyes. (Until you accept his gift of salvation. You will be seen perfect in his eyes because Jesus Christ paid the price.)Forsake meaning do not sin. (You may stumble but just rely on the Lord he’s got you in Jesus name.) We have to be clean and filled with the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ said we must be born again of the spirit to enter The Kingdom of Heaven. (John 3:3) !
God bless you all. I love you all may you all find Jesus Christ as your Lord Savior .
God bless brothas and sisters ❤❤! Thank God ❤️❤😊❤😊

Fiore Dei Liberi (an italian fighting master from the 14th century) wrote about the rear nelson in his fighting manuscript "Fior Di Battaglia" from 1404 and tells you not to interlace your fingers for this exact reason when preforming it. He also suggests slamming the attacker into a wall or post as a counter. Fascinating that these "modern wrestling techniques" are seen 600 years ago!

Power your arms down while Forcing your head back at the same time quickly! Your arm and backhand Lat. and neck muscles will be stronger than their grip will be! 😉 when powering out, you'll headbutt their nose or cheek causing them pain too! 😉👍

And for the first one if they don't let go you fall flat on your stomach and they fall on top of you while still holding your neck. Prepare to have neck damage while now having a big guy on top of you either punching you in the back of the head and neck or getting a rear naked choke on you. Yes, this lock demands simplicity. What is the simplest way out of it? I can't see this you say working. Sorry. A strong person would be really difficult to overpower with the upward push......we need something SIMPLER.
How about.....some sort of backward kick with one heel? I think it should be easier. If not it, get him to lose balance? Some Judo/Aikido move? Thanks a lot for your video. I'm off to church to pray I never get caught in a full nelson lock!

And also, best thing to understand is that not a lot of people out in the world are martial arts practitioners, even less, actively competing martial artists.
Sometimes, just knowing how to throw a proper jab or proper teep is enough to defend yourself from the average Joe.
Sometimes knowing a simple escape or counter is enough.

In TKD we were taught to drop our chin, squat, push your ass back to get them off balance, then roll your shoulder to throw them over you. At that point you pretty much have free reign on the top of their head and neck. It works pretty well even with an attacker double your size when I have used it in competitive scenarios.

It is really much simpler to ram your heel into the base of their patella. Doing this hard enough will dislocate their kneecap, after which they are not going anywhere fast. Other techniques to use in order to break their concentration on the hold are slamming them back into a wall, taking them backwards to the floor using a ko-uchi-gari technique, or spinning your body to create a form of hip throw. In each case, you start your escape from a more advantageous position than doing the shown technique alone.

    • @ClickClack_Bam
      @ClickClack_Bam 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

I don't see the patella thing working.
Judo will work. I've done it.
Harai goshi while trapping his right arm to your side will have the attacker stuck along for the ride. Hit that hip throw right & you can have their face or head smack right into the ground. They won't be able to block their face cause you've trapped their arm with your over-hook

The other thing that's dumb about this a is NOBODY would attack you using a full nelson move. It just don't happen in real life. Somebody who's not a grappler rarely uses a grappling move & the full nelson isn't even a grappling move used in street fights.

    • @pizzlerot2730

The patella? Really? You honestly think that (1) if the leg is extended even slightly, as they will probably have their quads loaded as part of the "restraint" of the whole thing, that you'll even be able to find it in the heat of the moment; or (2) that you'll be able to overcome the strength of the quad muscles and quadriceps tendon with a single, uncannily accurate downward thrust? C'mon man, get out of that hero fantasy in your mind 🤦🏼‍♂️ if someone has their quads so unengaged as to be susceptible to this, they didn't mean you harm in the first place 💀

Place side (corner) of shoe on shin, press down and back. Shin scrape is more likely to be remembered and enacted. bonus they are less likely to want to run on said shin when you flee.
Or while they are trying to lock your head let most of your body go limp, a limp body is very heavy and they are unlikely to be able/expecting to hold that.
BEST defense if someone unknown is coming up that close behind you turn to them before they could grab you. The absolute number one self defense technique is being aware of your surroundings.
