    I love your content 🙂 I am moving to Generate Press, so love it. I have attempted other Block editors l ike Kadence and I have the full life time with Kadence, but I will prefer Generate Press.

      Glad you found it useful. Gutenberg is still pretty young, but I think in a couple years it's going to be completely awesome. There are already so many great addons and blocks available for free.

    Really nice overview. Lots of bad long block editor videos on TH-cam. This is not one. Nicely done.

      Something i have never seen is an over the shoulder research for article content and transform it to your own. People say it takes them 2 hours to write the draft. It takes me 2 days just to learn about the keyword topic and 2 more to write about it.

      This is a great idea, and something I struggled with when I was first starting out 10 years ago. Once I started writing content for specific keywords my traffic grew much faster.
      So to clarify, you'd be interested in the process of going through:
      1. Keyword research
      2. Content Outline
      3. Actual content creation and keyword usage
      4. Additional on-page optimization like headings and meta titles?
      What sort of site are you writing for? Blog, affiliate site, business/product or something else?

      In the meantime, I want to recommend Backlinko's new SEO hub. It's a massive library of well-organized guides on SEO, content creation and keyword research. It's incredibly valuable and completely free

    Hey Matt, good video. I used to hate Gutenberg and now I love it. Your new channel will grow, stick with it. You wouldn't happen to be a Project 24 Member, are you?

    Hi... tq for the great video. May I ask, how do we overlap the blocks? Is there a video for it?

      I don't have a video on it, but this Elementor developer has a good one: th-cam.com/video/9hKnT_ahRxg/w-d-xo.html

    Great explanations! If I group some paragraphs, how can I put a border around the group?

    • @BuildThatWebsite
      @BuildThatWebsite  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You can either add a class name to the group, like 'gray-border' and then make a CSS rule:
      .gray-border {
      border: 1px solid #ddd;
      }
      or you can use a plugin like GenerateBlocks (free) which makes it incredibly easy to add border and spacing around any block (or multiple blocks) by using a 'container' block.

      @brightonmusic ปีที่แล้ว

      @@BuildThatWebsite Thank you! Since I'm still trying to understand how and where to apply CSS, I'll go with the plugin you specified.
