As a Mahindra customer since 12 years, I can assure few things: The after sales has always been really good for me, never faced an issue with the service centers in Jeedimetla, Hi Tech City as well as Kothaguda in Hyderabad, the service quality has been good and the spare parts are available on time and are mostly available within 1 - 2 days, maximum 4 - 5 days. The service costs are also genuine and acceptable, and the progress of service by Mahindra over the years has been tremendous, something which Tata is desperately lacking.

Abhi fan boy ki pass answer nahi hai, instead of becoming brand fan keep reality check whether it's Mahindra or tata or kia. Don't be overconfident 😅

I own a nexon facelift and I never faced any issue while overtaking in the city or highway, it reaches 3 digit speed damn easily and can cruise with that speed effortlessly. I don't face any issue while driving it in the city and on the highway it performs amazing, I don't understand why you mentioned it as a problem.
The video is very biased and is made to make the XUV 3xO look like a better vehicle
@@verified_user Mahindra studied the market well and they waited for all the brands to launch their products. Now they have launched the new xuv 3x0 with better pricing and features, yes i can say its a great car and i would have went for it if it was launched 7 months ago when i bought my nexon, because it offers better value for money but the way he presented nexon its just not correct. I totally disagree with his comments on performance and city drive.
It looks like a paid video.. I also own Facelift Nexon diesel and was shocked when he said struggle to reach triple digit speeds 😂

The Mahindra engines need better engine oil. I tried motul liqui molly engine oil on my xuv300 petrol. Now the engine refinement performance is up there with German care tbh🤟
Xuv always for engine and better head space for driver. Also the tubelight in front of Nexon front looks weird and irritates oncoming traffic
XUV 3x0 is best in class,but poor in mileage...
But I have Brezza ZXi 😂

Naxon is best for futuristic look and practicality
We are not using boot space all the time..Comfort level is important for the rear passengers which is only available with 3xo
Nexon have lot of infotainment issues and it is bouncy on humps and body rolling is very bad
Boot space is enough for a family. the space are same on both with small varience
It seems he's driving an old software version nexon.. My Fearless Plus Purple got software update in January and after that absolutely no hang or any freeze issues.. The driver seating position in Nexon is commanding! Also when I took test drive of 3x0 driving position felt lower and sound system is horrible.. Take your own test drive and decide!

seems a bit biased...
most Nexon negatives have been discovered over the years across models from 7-8 years back and you are comparing with a vehicle that has no such track record and declaring it a winner!! Its only history being that its earlier avatar bombed in the market.
Dont get me wrong, am in the market for a vehicle in the same segment and hope 3Xo lives upto its promise and Mahindra doesn't pull its usual tricks like holding back lower variants and pushing higher variants. Cutting features while increasing costs..
I can understand why the comparison could feel biased. But the issue is that whatever is clearly better in the Nexon, say infotainment experience or looks, comes with a caveat. The issues stop you from enjoying the features and are a big concern for current owners. Its about time they are mentioned and not brushed aside thinking Tata will fix them soon, because they are clearly not.
The issues are not 7 or 8 years old. They are very particular to this facelift.
