    YES! Sand training is so under-rated. Love these cone and hurdle drills. Few realize how hard it is to have feet that quick in a surface that absorbs so much impact. Inspiring me to get out there now!

    Is a 5.4 or a 5.3 a good 40 yard dash for a 15 year old.

      Jake Pollaro don’t worry about 40 times your 15 keep grinding and getting better! Train to be a better football player and dont worry about being a 40 runner. Train to increase speed but that time doesn’t mean anything for someone your age. Except set a goal to always be better than your best and improve and break your own records.
