Watching this clip Michael Douglas looks almost like his father Kirk Douglas. Amazing. Michael Douglas is a very good actor. He has longevity on both sides of his family too.
He was the man in the 80s& 90s. Still looking great has the good long living genes.
Legend! going to be 80 this year, Father time remains undefeated.
Always has, always will. 🥺🥺
I love Michael for being Michael, his every gesture and his voice reminds me of his father who I also loved, loved all their films, great actors.
Mr.Douglas is my favorite actor of all time. Great to see him.
Explain why.
@@Wayzor_ Why should he, he's his favorite, move on.
he's so like his father
This man can do anything. Romancing the Stone is still one of my favorite movies.
I had a major crush on Michael Douglas when I was in college. I think he was in his early 30's then.
I love his performance in The Game. Amazing movie!
We love michael Douglas and stephen colbert
His father had great legs into his golden years as well. Much love.
i think he's very like his father..
Anyone remember Streets of San Francisco? I was just a kid, so was he.
A Quinn Martin production
Yes! With Karl Malden! Great show!❤😊
@@lous3772 Best theme song in the history of television
"Tonight's episode"
Me too, liked that show. We're showing our age...lol
Amazing how he looks like his father now.
I just love it when aged actors allow time to sculpt their features rather than the scalpel.
What a great and true observation. Moment to moment, his facial (and other) 'flaws' are what are ultimately so endearing about him (and eachother), coexisting with all the other good/bad/ugly about us. I hope he has a good number of years to go! 👍
Little bit easier for men
He’s had work done 1000% 🤣
@@S-jq1ykfor sure
@@S-jq1yk Well then, it was very tastefully done.
What a legend
To ride with McQueen and get a car from him. Nice memories to have!! Should have kept the car Michael!!
Michael is a fantastic actor and this was a great show 💙
ME AND MY FAMILY KNEW STEVE McQUEEN, I LIVE ON A RANCH THAT MY MOM AND DAD TURNED IT INTO A MOTORCYCLE TRACK AND STEVE MCQUEEN USED TO RACE ALOT OF SUNDAYS. I WAS LIKE 5 OR 6 YEARS OLD.
Any photos??
@movieman1556 IM SURE THERE WAS, MAYBE SOMEWHERE. IT WAS 60 YEARS AGO. NOT MANY PEOPLE KNEW IT WAS HIM. WE HAD A HOUSE RIGHT NEXT TO MY DAD'S BAR AND GRILL. IT WAS CALLED THE PONAROSA RANCH IN LANCASTER, CALIFORNIA 1962. 😊✌️
The only show I watch on CBS.
I like after midnight with Taylor Tomlinson. She's fun. But I don't watch it religiously, just if I see a comedian I like is playing that night
Paid comment.
Can we please have Andrew Shephard as our American President?
Great Actor looking like his father now days ❤
Great story about a legend told by a legend....class act!
Michael Douglas was one cool badass in Black Rain!!
He was great in franklin. More people should check it out!
Michael, may you have many more happy years.
Omg, i love Micheal Douglas so much.
The Steve McQueen thing reminded me of an old Bill Cosby bit called 200 MPH. In it he talked about his love of fast cars and he talks about bumping into Caroll Shelby one day and Shelby says, "What you doing driving all them foreign cars? You got them Ferraris and Maseratis, you should be driving an American car! You're an American ain't you?" Long story short, Shelby has a car made for him that will do over 200 MPH with a little plaque saying "This car was custom built for Mr, Bill Cosby. It will do over 200 MPH, has dual everything and is faster than anything Steve McQueen owns"
he was pleased people remembered who Steve McQueen was..
Still handsome at 80 can’t believe your 80 your amazing love you MD ❤xxxx
Who else thinks the thumbnails are backwards in these annoying 2 segment interview videos?? I love Michael Douglas enough to still watch lol.
Legend. A true movie star.
Man, I love this guy!
Explain why.
OMG. It's Kirk.
Biden 81, Douglas 80. Age has nothing to do with mental acuity, it's genetics.
And they're both doing great things for our country. Someone else is 78 and looks like he is put in formaldehyde at night.
Paul McCartney and Mick Jagger have them both beat.
@@amyreynolds3619 What great thing is Biden doing for this country?
Amy Reynolds. well for one thing, he’s not spending millions of your tax dollars ( something like 14 million) to fly to Florida and play golf. Name something Trump did to help America?
Better yet is someone in his/her 30s-40s.
A LEGEND
He looks fantastic….80 can be healthy and bright. Looks great
What a personality! Mr Douglas
Great actor❤
I was so sure there would be a reference to the classic movie 'The American President'..... given the current situation, election year, dRump and what not. "America is advanced citizenship. You've gotta want it bad....." ~ Andrew Shephard.
Thanks Stephen... now I have to search YT for a clip!
Still handsome as ever, yet miscast in Franklin. The young actor who played his grandson was stellar.
Thx, yeah I was wondering... Alas.
Disagree. I thought Douglas brought a lot to Franklin.
WHAAAAT? I thought he was perfectly cast for Franklin! Interesting.
Groovy ant man
No hole in the chin, but looking more & more like his dad. Two greats!
Fine wine
Man, I thought I was looking at Kirk in that seat for a moment wtf.
I think the bigger honour was to meet him when he was on the Loo, or whatever they called it then.
That's Louis btw, not Mickael Douglas.
79 and still sexy looking.😊💙
One thing about interns is you can't fire 'em. The other is they have no idea of ordinals.
So we're sat here trying to figure out which order the clips of an interview were recorded.
Major League: The Coaches Son.
So Many Great and Wonderful Films! 🏆
(His dad was no slouch either)
I missed you Stephen Colbert! Where were you?
the best president hands down
NATIONAL TREASURE, wish they did more romancing the stone movies,
A spitting image of his father...
1:00 About 40% of voters, when asked "would you like fascism or would you rather stick the rule of law and Constitutional government," are saying "oh, fascism please!"
Good genes! Great actor..
great actor. great man. Michael Douglas
150 into a turn? Whew! I don't know about that. On a straightaway, sure, but into a turn?
Ok, maybe age isn't such a big thing.
Age affects everyone differently, especially if that someone has had a stutter his entire life.
@@jkap34Or has lied his entire life and has 34 felonies and been impeached twice.
He done great period pieces, i would argue he did, Fallin Down, wall street and so many more just at the right time. Well he might be so new he just might let other actors do hes period better?
I'm old enough to remember seeing Kirk get old over the years via talk shows; it is spooky as F seeing Michael age the same way, same mannerisms as Pops. I'm with you Michael - when the audience doesn't know Steve McQueen it's getting late in the act. Check out Pops in 20,000 Leagues - he's a pisser. 🎬
Why all yall thumbnails look SD. The quality is so poor!
streets of san fransisco
They showed a clip he wasn’t in
Tiger blood 🩸
Superstar
Michael Douglas ❤ legendary!
The Doobie brothers broke up?
Oh, goddammit the Doobie Brothers broke up, geeez, when did that happen?
My favorite line.
Beautiful girl, miss Turner, by his side and all he's concerned about is the brwakup of a band? Well, yeah, the Doobie Brothers was not just another band.
Great actor, fun movie.
He is good actor but his father was very, very good.❤❤❤❤😅😂
What happened to the Porche😢
part 1
He's definitely looking like his father
Stick with the root of law and a Constitutional Government!
VOTE BLUE! 💙💙💙
Ridin' with BIDEN!
BIDEN/HARRIS 2024!!!
Stephen is now dreaming of doing the show from his bedroom instead of the tub...
Um, why not show a clip that actually feature’s Douglas’ “narration” work. Duh 🤦🏻♂️
When Steve McQueen Handed Michael Douglas The Keys To The Porsche From “Adam at 6 A.M.”
Congratulations! You have just successfully repeated the video title!
At 0:32 we all need some Limey telling us what the USA is all about because any UK accent sounds smarter than an American accent.
He's actually Scottish-American so calling Sir Ferguson a Limey is like calling a Canadian 'a yank' . . . . . .very much not done. 😅
@@seanmcdonald5859 He sounds more like a Limey than a Weegie to me.
Yeah how dare he? Because no American ever made commentary about another country ever.
Can we vote him for president?
I wish o could be there in the next debate so I can tell Biden where to get him trump .
The son of Spartacus. What a storied Hollywood family!!
Leanan sídhe
...so...
...Charlie Sheen...
...is this guy's kid?
No…
Not Louis XVI.....Louis XIV.
His voice is different. Is that because of the after affects of his throat cancer? But he still has his great hair.
Most likely.
0:31 if your country is divided just create an outside enemy to unite it - great strategies formerly know from the playbook of hitler, Mussolini and Stalin
Come on stephan don't sell out to the network billionaires.
Greed is good.
What happened to his speech? Dental issues!?
Identical to his dad
I wonder if he's gonna run for President. He's right around that age😂
🌞
If you want to make every one happy dont become a leader sell ice cream 😂😂❤❤😂😂❤😂😂❤❤😂😂❤❤😂😂❤😂😂❤❤❤❤
His dad wanted sundaes..
I was waiting for him to say "I'm gay actor Michael Douglas"
A constitutional world Empire? What a load of BS.
Does everyone notice his difficulty climbing the two stairs? His voice is very old and his breath is stopping him. At least he knows how to pronounce Porsche and not as usually English speakers tend to forget the “e”. His hair is still very good. But anyhow getting old is a privilege! Biden has other difficulties for humans age differently.
Stephen you’re OLD. You’ve lost your vitality. Time to step aside and let someone younger, sharper, and more in touch with our population to give the late show a chance to thrive! Stephen it’s time, we love ya buddy … but it’s time.
China is a very well run country, and the people are very happy
nepo " baby"
A foot in the door and so much more😂
Dumb..
I have never liked this man Jay Leno
Colbert just said President Biden should step aside. Is he stumping for tRump now? I really loved colbert and respected him until this one BAD monolog. It time to replace the Late Show with someone younger and funnier.
BREAKING NEWS: Michael Douglas has been selected as Biden's Age Ambassador.
The dude has fully embraced the old, for better or worse.
Don't know if this interview was any good or not. Watched SC's first post-break monologue and decided to set him to one side, for a while anyway. Early in that monologue, an upward intonation hinted at an impending favourable conclusion, but it went south at the end. I would say that was not quite in the category of rabid dog-pack commentary that has beset US media over the last week and a half; but still, hard to stomach.
I'm first 😂😂❤❤😂😂❤❤😂😂❤❤😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤
