well done. my classes are structured like your presentation. i do, however, use a lot of imagery and image creating phrases for most of my instruction.
Glad it was helpful! I think the imagery help to take away all the other noise the swimmer and what you're tyring to explain. Video of swimming is essential, but when teaching people can get distracted by everything else going on around the swimmer, or some aspect not relevant to the instruction. Occasional imagery just allow the learner to focus on just that element. Plus, the images are fun to draw in Adobe :-)
