Cambodian Glutinous Dust Coconut Wrap
នំលម្អងចេក
✔️Coconut Fillings
▪️ palm sugar 70g
▪️ shredded coconut 250g
▪️ salt 1/4 tsp
✔️ outside shells
▪️ glutinous flour 2 cups
▪️ 3/4 cup water ( add water in slowly ) you may not need all the water )
▪️ 1/4 tsp salt
✔️Note: if you happened to put too much water, add more glutinous flour in. You want to get the wet but lose texture of the flour. You want it lose so it can sift out of the mesh strainer. If you have any questions please leave in the comment box. I will be happy to respond back to help if I can. 💕
