- Steamed Toddy Palm Cake or នំអាកោរត្នោត is a popular traditional dessert in Cambodia. It's mostly found in the markets.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 Cup [300g] Rice flour
1tsp [4g] Dry Instant yeast
2 1/2 Cup [400ml] Coconut milk
200g Palm Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
250g Palm fruit paste
Shredded Coconut
Banana Leaves for Making Container
