At the end of this concert, Whitney talked thoroughly about considering giving up on singing, to the point of being in tears. “I Will Always Love You” was such a struggle for her to get through, as she couldn’t stop crying-Cissy ultimately finished the song for her. While I’m happy she didn’t go through with that decision (as the My Love is Your Love tour is my absolute favorite), I wonder where she would be today had she left the music industry then (or at least stepped out of the spotlight).

@@BEASTMRFANCLUB101 She sounded okay in the beginning. I heard the entire concert on file and this was not a good time for her during this period. This is when her voice was really starting to fail her. It wasn’t until later in 98 and 99 she recovered
