This home was a delightful surprise! It looked so small when you entered but then it got better and better as you moved on from there. 👍

The lot is a generous size, allowing for a rambling ground floor with plenty of space for everything. I was surprised that there is only one bathroom upstairs, though it's a very nice one, and there is the downstairs w/c. The fittings and finishes appear to be high quality throughout.

I like your video Gary. Doesn't miss anything or any part of the property 👍.

It's a lovely house but needs quite a bit of work doing to it

I like Gary's presentations, but it seems that 90% of the houses shown for a long(son's) while have the bleakest, most sterile and uninspiring gardens of anywhere in the UK. This one is no exception. It's a barren wasteland that is hardly food for the soul or the senses, and certainly of no ecological value at a time when the UK is increasingly bereft of Nature. The strip of grass and the occasional shrub dotted around in the back doesn't cut it. What a shame it is to see the gardens in the beloved country I grew up in look so dismal, being an expat now in USA.

Agreed. Barren and miserable. Uninspiring. I would immediately plant trees.

Actually some of the gardens that he shows are beautiful, you tend to find that with bungalows and properties that have older residents, the gardens are made to be low maintenance, hence too much shingle and paving. This one I didn't think was too bad, it probably looks more alive and pretty in the summer months. The ones with the truly stunning gardens are usually at a higher cost, £400,000 plus. Norfolk seems to have quite a high senior population.
