Today I’ve finally made a delicious kimchi pancake thanks to your video Maangchi! I’m so grateful! My family loved it❤️
Hi Maangchi. I hope you are doing well and keeping safe during this pandemic. You are like our second omma. Because of your videos, I started making dak galbi and all kinds of pajeon. Very yummy.
I remember when I was in Seoul in summer 2011 visiting my brother (he was studying there), on one rainy day we went to this cool looking restaurant in a basement. I still remember the weird seashell-like tiles on the walls. There were only locals sitting there, all of them eating some kind of jeon and drinking. We ordered a huge pajeon and some makgeolli and it was super delicious, very cozy and warming. One of my most memorable moments in South Korea.
Im making kimchi pancake tonight with the kimchi i made from your recipe for the traditional style! Im so excited for my family to try it. My kimchi has become sour and nicely pickled for over one month now! Thank you, Maangchi!
We eat this every week, at least once. We love it. I make it with sourdough discard, instead of flour and water. Basically the same thing, also flour and water, but with a little raise and it makes the sour taste deeper. It keeps my sourdough starter happy too.
Hi Maangchi, thank you for all the recipes that you are sharing... By the way, I've been working for Koreans since 2009 as their private tutor here in the Philippines. Aside from teaching, I also work for Korean Business Center where we cater extension of visa, SSP, and even working for there working permit here if they have business... Most of the time they borrowed my name to put up their business and I also work there as their manager/Supervisor in their Korean restaurants, convenience store, and lastly Korean Buffet which is very famous here in my country... Anyways, I just want to tell you how much I love Korean food .. I always cook and prepare Korean dishes to my family ... 😍

Hi Maangchi. I hope you are doing well and keeping safe during this pandemic. You are like our second omma. Because of your videos, I started making dak galbi and all kinds of pajeon. Very yummy.
Thank you so much! Continued success in Korean cooking!

: )
I remember when I was in Seoul in summer 2011 visiting my brother (he was studying there), on one rainy day we went to this cool looking restaurant in a basement. I still remember the weird seashell-like tiles on the walls. There were only locals sitting there, all of them eating some kind of jeon and drinking. We ordered a huge pajeon and some makgeolli and it was super delicious, very cozy and warming. One of my most memorable moments in South Korea.
I’m home with influenza today, and your video made me have better spirits. Thank you for being so awesome and happy!
Expedition Midwest hope you get well soon!

When she flips the pancake and smiles :) sooooo cute!
Made this last night and added mozzarella cheese on top!! Tasted so delicious!! Thank you for this recipe 😋
Sounds great!
Im making kimchi pancake tonight with the kimchi i made from your recipe for the traditional style! Im so excited for my family to try it. My kimchi has become sour and nicely pickled for over one month now! Thank you, Maangchi!
Good luck!
This is so easy to make I just got two ingredients from shoprite which was kimchi and flour and it’s so good
