This show charts the in-depth process of this ambitious design project, from the initial detail of concept, architectural drawings, to the long and often gruelling task of turning the design into a practical living space.
This stunning City Beach home demonstrates how the cleanest lines and understated detailing can create the most profound impact.
There’s a distinct resort feel to this home design, created to complement the sweeping coastal views and unique topography of our client’s City Beach block.
Well done. The architects and engineers are amazing. The pool off the ground is a unique idea and they pulled it off.
I still don’t get how they keep security for the pool
A beautifully crafted house. Just lovely
waw a dream house, the pool, garden area and living spaces with natural lights what else you need to enjoy life at home
Love all the effort made for privacy and light, the two main ingredients that I look for in any home.
@10:31 Christmas tree. I would love to have a nice warm Christmas in the middle of the Australian December/January summer. Australia has been on my bucket list through decades of cold winters in Ohio. Got to take care of some family first, but maybe someday.
I live in Australia. I wish I could have a white Christmas for once!
Looks absolutely gorgeous - the exterior flows really well with the interior. 🏠
Great heavens, tell the B-roll guy to keep his sensor and lenses clean!
What is the price range?
They bought the original 1940s house for $1.6M. So, the new build would probably sell closer to $5M...
Unreal
Please let me know if you develop in country India also
Would hate having everyone seeing me in my pool. No skinny dipping in this house.

Perth.
Great house. However, none of these houses are attainable for the average citizen☹🤦♂️
Of course not. It is a luxury home, it wasn't intended to be attainable by the average citizen. That is like compaining that the average person can't buy a Mercedes or a Rolex; or that you can't buy a 3br home with a minimum wage. It was never intended to be as such.
