hey can you guide me about the how to put grade , like we have to convert it into percentage ? actually my university gives grade out of 10 so do i have to convert it into % ?

That case is easy. If you have 5 over ten. U will have 50 %. 5*100/10. If you have 8. In that case is 8*100/10: 80% is this what you mean??
