I’ve been in constant contact for the same questions and come to find out that the applicants usually submit their transcript in this gpa calculator sheet section too. Again, this might not be the case for all but it was the right thing to do for a program. So, my suggestion is to mail them on the address provided by the program and ask what you should do stating everything clear. Good luck and hope you get the answer soon.

hey, i had a question regarding english proficiency test, it is stated in the program that "If you studied on an English speaking academic programme, you are eligible without producing an English Test Certificate. A letter from your institution stating that English was your medium of instruction will suffice." so if i ask my college for a letter that will be enough?? pls do reply thank you :)

Hello Harpreet. Some program explicit mention that one of the two recommendations must come from the academic settings so it must be one from each. But I also suggest you to have a look at the program’s requirement because some programs might specifically mention the period within which you’ve to apply after you completed your bachelors study. You can find all these information in the FAQ section of the program you are applying for! 😊😊😊
Hello Rohit. When you apply to the program via the Erasmus Mundus website, you apply to the scholarship directly. It means there is no any specific separate application for the scholarship. And you must apply for the program/scholarship before getting the admission as is the case with any program 😌
For the video purpose, I did it online dear Bunu but wanted to be sure before I answer you. I asked a recent GLOFOR student about it and he told me that he just uploaded his transcript in this section and mentioned that his grades are in percentage. Please check you can mention this anywhere. In the meantime, I’m also trying to connect with another student to get the concrete answer. I’ll get back to you as soon as I get a concrete response.

Usually transcript and consolidated mark card might be used interchangeable so if you don’t have the provision of getting a transcript or don’t have one as of now, please give it a try with the consolidated mark sheet. Dear minaamin, The transcript is a document consisting all your grade or mark that is provided by your university when you complete your bachelor program. Yes, as far as you’re eligible to apply with your bachelor degree. Indeed, your motivation letter & recommendation letters play a huge role in being accepted. Nonetheless, most programs give higher weightage to your marks.

Aahile ko 2024 ko intake ko lagi nai ho so the next round would be around the same time (around October- January varying based off on the programs you apply to of course) for the next year.

I don’t know how relevant they will be but the best thing would be to scan the entire list to find something relevant. If you can’t find anything even when you do that, then it is because, most probably, there are no any relevant programs.

This is dependent on the program you wanna to apply. Most erasmus scholarships now require the submission of IELTS test but there can be programs that provide you an opportunity to receive a conditional offer. In such a situation you can submit the test later as well.
Yes, you receive a job search visa for certain no. of years based on the country you will study. There might be placement opportunities like internship opportunities where they can place you in companies or others are such that you have to find the placements by yourself. So, looking at your programme structure will help you understand this situation even better.

I had a talk with an Erasmus Mundus Scholar, who is doing his 1st semester right now and he told me that he uploaded the transcript as well. So, you can try doing that but if you have time, please email them to be an 💯 confident. Note-in case you have uploaded the wrong document, they will email you and give you time to correct it.

However, my bachelor's grading system is in CGPA (0 to 4). I'm unsure whether I need to submit the converted score or upload the original transcript in my case. Could you please tell me what I should do?
I think if you have your grading system in CGPA, you don’t need to change anything as it states that in case of a different grading system. If you still feel confused, please write them an email on Monday to get an authentic answer.

they demand 6.5 IELTS but I have 6 bands what about my application although I have field-related experience and a high CGPA.
If they require a certain IELTS score it has to be minimum the way they have asked and cannot be less unfortunately.
