why is it necessary to use distilled water? if I use RO water for my brew, shouldn't I use it as a starting zero point to see how much coffee has been extracted and evaluate its strength?
hey great question. and a very good point kudos- i have seen people use ro as well. ( i will work on this again ro vs distilled and come up with a communication soon)

the one i am using is a 85k ( when i bought it back then)
