I always thought that Incubus had kind of a "dirty" quality to their music, and I think they do, but I never really appreciated the rhythm and the groove until I heard someone try to cover it. And that's not to shit on FtE; I think it's a good cover but holy shit they've covered just about every genre out there lol - you can't master them all. Good effort nonetheless

Short story: I was in Munich at a Incubus Concert. After maybe 30 min the band left the stage, if I remember correctly without any notice/message or whatever. The people were pissed! The day after I read in the newspaper, that their guitarist had broken his arm before and played as long as he could. Some years later they came back, played in a smaller venue and obviously played a whole concert and did like 45 min extra-smooth-jam-session-banger. Pure magic! They made up for the bad concert.
