I got the honor of catching Mr 5 In a small club a few months back. He is an insane musician, his whole band is. I just stood there in awe there is nothing this man can not play. Def. One of the very best 👌 👍
John is such an incredibly talented, professional, and thoroughly competent musician. There's absolutely nothing sloppy or imprecise about his playing and technique.
John is one of the cleanest players around, his technique is on point... Shredding is one thing, doing it super clean and with perfect control of dynamics is another...
@@pottymandotty4308 you just know a guy like John wouldn’t tolerate sub par players, and I’m thinking nobody who’s playing wasn’t on point would even show up to audition!
@@billcourtneychannelyou might think so, but perfect example of what I’m talking about. Just look at the complete sub standards that tried out for Metallica who had no business even showing up. 😉
And probably putting in 8-9 hours a day practicing. He’s said his wife is super cool tolerating him constantly having a guitar in hand, even while watching TV.

@@Wilco1972 Kind of sad, man. They have KILLER chops and don't miss a beat in showing how good they are at their instruments. They're looking down at their fretboards almost solely, though. Very little movement. A big get outta here pedal board and they're halfway to shoegaze.

John 5 is not only completely unrated he just seems like one of the nicest ppl you would ever meet
On stage he is a devil but off stage he is a friendly guy that always makes people smile.
