Make your own scupper plugs!!!!

We are back after a nice winter break of remodeling and painting the house... So we done some kayak videos last year on upgrades we will be releasing them till we can get even more content for you all... Thanks for Watching!!!!
How to make your own scupper plugs step by step!!!!!
Parts list:
practice golf balls- www.amazon.com...
paracord- www.walmart.co...
and a handful of stainless steel small washers... I just took a small piece of cord, doubled over and cut to size...

Now if you can invent a plug for the regular kayaks instead of the hard rubber plug they have, we would be good to go.

On my tandem kayak I just got from sams club has the scupper holes also but I think more water comes in then it should but then again I was told it normal for water to come in alittle bit but if I plug those holes up I should be fine ? It won’t effect anything would it?

The scupper holes are designed to let the water through that come in over the side. You are actually making the kayak more dangerous.

Yes that's what they do.... That is why I attached the strings for... Have not had an issue with them, what danger do they pose? I know there are ones you can buy in the store that are similar to the ones I make. I figured if they are that dangerous they wouldn't be able to sale them... Thanks for watching and commenting!!!!
