- Suguru Geto is the poorest billionaire and what I mean by that is that it’s undeniable his power is of the highest caliber since he has gotten the special grade ranking and held it since he was a teenager and he’s called the strongest curse user of all time by Satoru Gojo himself. But within this tier of The Strongest with other special grade sorcerers when you do the comparisons Geto always seems to come up short in comparison. This is not to be confused with Kenjaku since I think Kenjaku inside of Geto’s body is way stronger than Geto himself not only due to seemingly better knowledge on Geto’s own cursed technique but possessing other Cursed Techniques as well. In the Jujutsu Kaisen manga only 4 different sorcerers have obtained the rank of Special Grade, that being Gojo, Geto, Yuki, & Yuta. There may be other sorcerers who may fit the criteria for special grade or wield special grade levels of power but as for official rankings of sorcerers those are the only 4. Like it’s shown in the title and thumbnail today I’m going to go over Everything within Geto’s capabilities and explain why he is the weakest Special Grade sorcerer out of the 4 I listed. So just know this does not count any Potential special grades like Hakari, Kashimo, Ryu, or Uro. If any of those guys are stronger or weaker than Geto it’s not my goal to prove it with this video. @@tyrant1081 I think you missed a few subtle nuances of Geto, he's a very noble character; but also very one track and uncompromising.
His ideals of protect the weak never changed, it was only his perspective of who the weak were; even with all their gifts, sorcerers were forced to labour, slave away and die for the sake of keeping humans safe
He saw so much the darkness that humanity was capable of; no matter the good they could also do he couldn't accept his old world view of protecting them.
Geto is ultimately flawed in that he cannot compromise, on his ideals he is black and white in a world of moral grey
Edit: I confused weak with powerless, Geto in the end did end up hating the weak, but not because of their lack of strength; it was because of their evil and oppression of sorcerers
He had no problem with the weak l, prior to when he saw their evil; he was fine with Riko and a lot those weaker than himself.
He only started hating them when he realised how truly powerless the sorcerers were; and where this oppression came from. His original ideals meant to protect those who were powerless and oppressed and this ultimately never changed

He was an idealist pretending to be caring as a front since he thinks hes strong and above others. The people he always really actually cared for were his sorcerer friends, with his world being just the sorcerers tbh. This is why when he found he wasn't strong, he stopped tricking himself to thinking he needed to protect the weak (which prolly was taught by his non-sorcer parents). Since genocide means none of his friends would die from, there is now nolonger "no reason" to kill non-sorcerers.
But yes, he's hella racist and believed in eugenics and never really supposed to sympathize with genocide.

I'm sure geto didn't practice choking himself for years until he developed muscle memory of it. And also kenjaku states that it is the first time that has happened to him so it's probably because his body is strong or that his resolve was strong enough for his body to react to gojo's words. @@Cooldude-um1xv

Geto also didn’t really train his skills after being a teenager. Aside from accrewing new curses, geto did nothing to learn RCT, or domain expansion, or anything beyond Uzumaki
he was a victim of being too early in the story. if he was in the main story he would 100% have a domain expansion

it'd be really nice to see geto's domain i imagine it would have like a budhist meditating statue in the middle bc geto has alot of budhist themes and the barrier would look like a bunch of cursed spirits faces or smth and the ability of the domain would be that whenever a curse is exorcised it revives itself and comes back to life at full strength this would reflect how geto feels its an unending battle against curses and the cycle of repetition that he hates

Honestly I wish geto had more fights, even now he still holds up as one of the best characters, and to me the best villan in terms of motives
He is the best character. His downhill spiral is realitisc because even after the "monkey" scene he was still trying to hold on. The manga is rushed so maybe it didn't do the best to show that.
@@MarianaBello-fq3hxbro I rmb I used to look at Geto as mid and thinking bout it now. He coulda legit been the strongest person in the show if had taken Rika and dipped. He would have had an endless bundle of cursed energy just casually waking around with and would hunt all the disaster curses one by one. Geto full potential would have been a way bigger issue. Especially if he could have pulled a DE with all those special grades. Imagine fighting all 4 disaster curses in addition to other weaker special grades, thousand of other cursed spirits, and Rika fueling the cursed energy for the guaranteed hit effects of the domain
Geto is the only special grade without a special lineage or attribute. Yuta and Gojo are both descendants of that legendary sorcerer and Yuki is a star plasma vessel. Geto just comes from normal non sorcerer parents. To become a special grade with that lineage is more impressive.
He seems weak because of Vol 0, i wish we could have seen him go all out in the current manga, genuinely think he would seem a lot stronger and closer to the top
I agree, it would have been cool to see Getou find different ways to apply his CT as Kenjaku did or come up with his own DE. Imagine what Getou could've done with those disaster curses if Kenny hadn't taken his body.

Kenjaku's statement about a high output Domain Expansion was a mistranslation. He actually says an EXTENSION technique, like Nanami's Collapse or Megumi's Nue and Toad combination. He was saying that Yuki must know an application of her Mass technique which has a high output

If the point of this video is somehow proving that Geto Sucks because he isn't as strong as the other special grades than that is stupid. Him being a special grade means he smokes out 90% of the series and from his few showings we know he does.
I think a note tho, Even tho Geto himself probably does not have a Domain, His Cursed spirits probably do especially his Special grades seeing as Kenjaku uses a Special grade against Mei Mei that does Expand a Domain Expansion and states that the Qualities of the previous ones he had last year haven't fallen, He also used a CS that used an Innate Domain against Toji as well.
Bro megumis incomplete domain stopped dagon who can hold his domain for hours before transforming, chose targets percisely and etc. So complete barried domain could (maybe) powerfull domains of even special grades level threats

Geto had two domain using cursed spirits and one had complete domain(small pox deity) and as i said incomplete domains can stop DAGON'S domain so if your not apart of the best domain users( Gojo, Sukuna etc) your domain will not have sure hit. and also we can guess that more domain using cursed spirits exist as young Geto find one and prime Geto had cursed spirits in the thousands also Geto can pull a Megumi and escape domains with that cursed spirit practicly ensuring his victory

14:40 domain expansion don't neutralize cursed techniques. Domain expansions have a sure hit effect which can bypass techniques like gojo's infinity.
great video, few things to point out, Rika CANNOT be Yuta's cursed Teqnique as after he used domain rika still active and we know yuta doesn't know how to heal his ct, also domains DO NOT auto turn off all teqniques as mei mei used her teqnique in the small pox domain, domains only negate defensive teqniques like infinity that affect attacks hitting them.
Exactly, Rika is an "external storage for cursed techniques", the line about her being Yuta's CT is a mistranslation from Viz
If he has Multiple CTs and only put that one into the domain it's an explanation as to how Rika is still out.

He even says that he wants to take time to recover his cursed techniques before continuing the fight

I’d say Geto does have a domain but he just never needed it in 0. He was pretty easily beating Yuta and he just lost cause a death binding vow is an insane multiplier.
He also never needed RCT until he got half his arm off, I honestly don’t think anyone in the verse can heal from this except Sukuna, Kenjaku and maybe Gojo.

The logic behind Geto being a special grade is that they haven't figured out if he has a limit to how many curses he can consume. So if Geto continued to go on fighting and absorbing curses, he'd EVENTUALLY get to a level where he'd be a threat. Like principal Yaga and the curse corpses. The both of them need time to make themselves powerful
yeah I think geto is much stronger than this video suggests, if he cultivated his powers longer he would extremely strong in jjk
Add on to that the seemingly limitless amount of curse he can have active at one time, and the special grade ranking becomes more apparent (especially now that we got clarification on what special grade actually means in terms of power: the strength to topple an entire country)
Geto is a special grade because he can consume and utilize special grade curses as well as using maximum cursed techniques
even as he was during volume 0 he was able to distract the entire sorcerer population of jjk with just half of his arsenal while fighting a special grade sorcerer on pretty even terms (hell i'd say he was probably messing around until uzumaki vs true love clash) and even after taking that hit from True love hes still walking around when gojo finds him bro is underated
The thing is, even if Geto doesn’t have a domain, many of special grade curses under his control definitely do

I love the channel, and I really like the JJK content. One small thing though: domains don’t neutralize cursed techniques. There are multiple examples of people utilizing cursed techniques within domains: Naobito in Dagon’s domain, Mei Mei in the smallpox deity’s domain.
Tbf Geto fought an amped Toji who was getting his edge back and ONLY got caught so easily because he got in close to take his weapons
If Geto was in the main story and had more feats (god forbid a domain) he'd be crazy.
I think Geto IS one of the stronger special grades since he's heralded as the "strongest" alongside Gojo before his awakening. He obviously would've gotten stronger during that time. The narrative hyped up Yuta of being one of the strongest Sorcerers.

There’s also the idea that if Yuta broke the limit of Cursed Energy in JJK 0, would the blast he fired off against Geto be superior to the one he used against Ryu Ishigori, the person with the highest Cursed Energy Output?
Granted, both Ryu & Yuta used excessive amounts of CE, so it’s only their maximum relative to their reserves.
The one he used against Geto was def higher output than the one against Ryu💀. Ryu has high output not infinite output, and prime Rika could probably output more + she was heavily amped by a binding vow
Geto didn’t have 16 special grade curses. He had 1 of the 16 registered special grades
He had more than one actually. We know this because Todo exorcised a special grade cursed spirit during Geto's attack.

Ok there is few things to take into account here. Even if Geto doesn't have Domain expansion, he Proved against Toji that he can use his curses domain and Barrier, now it all depends what curse he has and what's their level.
It's more than unlikely that he Toge attack wasn't a visual effect, his words has direct effect on you, if he tells you to twist you're body twist and if he tells you to crumble, you crumble. So if he survived to that he definitely has RCT.
So to me Geto strength change due to his versatility and what curses he possesses. Gojo is the strongest but Geto can easely go from number 2 to 4 depending on the situation.
Man, if Geto got RCT and DE, id feel like he would be able to keep his title of "the strongest" alongside Gojo, because to be honest, Curse Manipulation can be stupid busted if he propers. A DE that changes depending on what curses he has available seems the most fitting to me (Just look at the Kenjaku victim Mahito). (Great video Six!)

Domains do not auto-turn off, just negate the curse technique from defending them.
Edit-> Just going to say it, Yuta only won because he made a Death Vow. The highest and strongest vow we have seen in the series.
Literally the only reason the dude survived against Geto. Ryu's granite blast does not scale above Geto's maximum Uzamaki.
Current Yuta's beam against Ryu is massively weaker compared to the one against Geto.
Also, Geto sent out more than weak Curses since Todo fought five Grade 1 curses and a Special Grade.
10 Shadows Shikigami can still be used even after burnout so long as those Shikigami are still out. As shown with Megumi's wolf vs Reggie.
Star Rage is very worthy of Special Grade, the ability to straight negate concept base curse techniques that lock on to her and 1 shot a special Grade curse Casually. Kenjaku meant Extension Technique, not domain expansion.
Edit again-> Even if Geto does not have a domain himself, he would have Curses that have Domain expansions.
If a Curse is Semi-Grade 1 and up it has a curse technique.
If its a special Grade curse, they almost always have a domain or a special simple domain.
Geto would not even use his Domain expansion if he had one, once after killing Yuta, he would need to tame Rika after and then Go fight Gojo. He would be shooting himself in the foot doing a Domain Expansion before taming a pissed off Rika.
He would have lost a huge amount of curse energy and then be suffering from Curse Technique Burnout.
Maximum Uzamaki was the smartest option since he would not have lost that much curse energy.
Kenjaku definitely meant the beam clash since he would have kept Geto's memories and knew how important that was.
Thank you, some people too dumb to see that geto only suffers strength wise because he is from jjk 0. Where Rika was extremely overpowered(gojo implying multiple times that he might lose to her “if it comes to that I’ll risk my life” or “if you release her we are both dead”). Yet geto was able to stalemate in h2h, tank a black flash from yuta and lost to a death vow with kenjaku saying if he used all his curses he would have won. So with his full strength he overcomes yuta’s death vow which is the strongest type of binding vow in jjk. Lastly he states that if he acquires rika his chance of victory against jujutsu tech was 99%. Implying that even gojo won’t have stopped him( this is just more evidence to how busted rika was until she was nerfed in current story).
We need a JJk 0 retcon; the Geto disrespect is insane
Geto only lost case he was trying to mid diff yuta while teaching him on the same time Geto was a very contradictory character he knew even if he got killed Gojo would spare his henchmen it would've benn a very different war if Gojo was radical enough to kill them.
My head canon is that the jjk 0 love beam is 2-5x stronger than the one he used against Ryu. Because of the fact that mei mei’s “weak” bird became strong enough to 1 shot a special grade curse due to the binding vow. Geto was aware of it meaning Kenjaku is aware of the binding vow that yuta made. That means even with the binding vow, Geto would’ve won if he had all his cursed spirits.

Edit-> Imagine a small child of age 4 throws a punch at the Hulk and his entire upper body is destroyed.
A beam like what Yuta fired would be more than a 5x increase since it would be smashing against the force of thousands of grade 3, hundreds of grade 2, dozens of Grade 1, and whatever special grades he kept for an etra kick.
I would really love a video of you explaining what the domain expansion and curse technique reversal could be for special grades like Yuta, Yuki and Geto.

Slight mistake but at 6:05 kenjaku wasnt talking about a Domain expansion. He was literally talking about an expansion technique from her CT with a high amount of curse energy output. That could be a domain expansion bout not necessarily have to be on. Like maximum techniques, geto had maximum Uzamaki, which kenjaku praises. Other maximum or expansion technique are maximum meteor from jogo, or the black hole from yuki. There are more examples of expansion techniques but i said enough lol
5:45 On the subject of getos Domain, idk where i saw it but i swore i saw that originally a sorcerer could have only the maximum technique OR a domain? I swear i saw this in some chapter, but i might be pretty mistaken especially since a character like Jougo used a domain and had an attack with the word maximum in it.

Because it doesn't all that's stated is, that the sure hit effect of a DE can bypass a CT like Gojo's Limitless. That's why Malevolent Shrine worked on Gojo.
They still use they're techniques inside of domain expansions you just can't block a guaranteed hit with a curse technique, otherwise gojo couldn't have used red, namami couldnt use ratio, naobito couldnt use the frame thing,

I definitely agree that Domain Expansions probably weren't thought of yet when JJK 0 came out. I also think that it's possible that Geto could use Domain Expansion via different Cursed Spirits, like how that one Cursed Spirit used the Simple Domain vs Toji until he responded to her question. So I don't think it's a stretch to say that it's likely he could use Domain Expansion via manipulation of specific Cursed Spirits of high quality. Also I'm sure that Geto would of been able to figure out RCT after getting destroyed by Toji and left barely alive as well. He had to get treatment from Shoko Ieiri which definitely makes me believe he doesn't have RCT.

The output statement with ryu that talking more about a person personal curse energy output which ryu is higher than geto/Kenjaku but Maximum uzumaki is separate from geto personal cuz the output of maximum uzumaki is base on how much curses and quality of curses to make it condensed curse energy. So can they’re be a max to how strong or output to maximum uzumaki if it base of curses energy not his energy

I can imagine Gege confirming Geto's Domain Expansion during the Yuta vs Kenjaku fight. Kenjaku starts mocking Yuta about how he should've lost to Geto and asks him if he even knows why Geto chose to use his Maximum instead of his Domain and proceeds to give us a proper reason on why he didn't use his Domain( I personally think it's due to Geto not wanting to burn out his technique and having to survive that interval without his technique to actually absorb Rika, giving Rika the opportunity to flee or even defeat Geto while he doesn't have his Cursed Spirits aid)

That doesn’t allow Geto to hit Gojo you’re thinking of domain amplification. I also don’t believe Geto knows either.
Domains do not prevent cursed techniques, they prevent CT's that stop the sure hit. This is shown by mei mei against small pox, gojo against sukuna, yuuki vs kenjaku, and sukuna summoning mahoraga inside gojos domain while being hit by infinite void. That's not including Reggie vs megumi since it is incomplete. That's why the translation says it nullifies techniques so even gojo can be hit

How strong geto is depend on how strong are the cursed spirits he possessed. If he have like 14 special grade curses he would be a lot stronger.

Geto had to be nerfed because he was Yuta’s first boss opponent. He had to be made out as the weakest special grade, and Yuta given a steroid (the binding vow he made) to make it narratively plausible that Yuta could win.
This actually bent and twisted the story a bit. They said the the Maximum technique is equal to a domain expansion when literally all other S ranks live and die by their domains, and no other S rank uses a maximum technique except for Kenjaku and that’s because he’s in Geto’s body.
RCT was also said to be rare and difficult to use even for S ranks but every other S rank out there be using RCT. Heck, there’s even one non-S rank that can use it.
The further the series continued the less plausible Geto is being an S rank. By this point he’s a strong Grade 1. Gojo could have just killed him before Geto could do what he did, and his whole plan looks less and less threatening in hindsight.
It was weird how he was allowed to live as long as he did unless no one viewed him as a serious threat.
If he had been a “true” S rank by the current standards, Yuki would be called in to help Gojo take him out. A bit of an overkill but the prospect of having Geto destroy an entire country would be enough cause to do so.
Personally I would have kept Geto alive and have Kenjaku in a separate body. Their goals align somewhat (maybe Geto wants to summon the giant curse so he can fulfill his goals) and heck they could have a master/mentor relationship similar to the Siths in Star Wars where they end up betraying one another.
Too bad he was given the “early villain” treatment so that Yuta can be an S rank in the space of a month of becoming a sorcerer. Also the more you think about it, the speed at which Yuta attains S rank becomes more and more unrealistic and/or pointless.
All the other S ranks took a few years at least to get their rank. Even Sukuna was implied to have taken years to get so strong. Yuta became S rank a month of entering highschool and was given the Marry Sue treatment (Got DE, RCT, strong shikigami, and insane CT within a year of becoming a sorcerer) only to be shitting himself with the rest watching Gojo and Sukuna fight.

don't think it's autistic, just two different things, one is he's pretty much an elitist, so his upbringing has a big factor on why he doesn't know social norms. Domains don't negate CTs, they bypass CTs. You can still activate and utilize your CT in a Domain, but it's Sure-Hit will ignore any defense your CT offers

Kenjaku never said that, the only similar statement would be when he said that the number of his curses is lower than Geto's but their quality hasn't suffered, which you could interpret as them being equal in the strength of their armies

This doesn’t change the course of the battle but theoretically, if Yuta’s CT is copy he shouldn’t be able to use others CT he’s copied when using DE. As the only reason he’s able to use copied techniques is due to his Copy technique with would go into his sure hit for his DE. Or at least that’s how I understand it.

Yuta's cursed technique isn't rika. He gains access to his cursed technique by connecting to her. When Yuta's cursed technique is burned out he's still able to use rika so she probably doesn't disappear in domains.
His technique is mimicry, but she technically is apart of the CT being that she’s an external storage for it, but I believe during the 3 way DE she was still out

Rika is stated to be his CT. She did not disappear during the CT burnout period because she is a Shikigami that was already summoned, had she not been, he wouldn't have been able to summon her.
Much like Megumi having Divine dog already summoned after dropping his DE against the finger bearer, though this is also most likely due to him not having an enclosed barrier, we simply don't know yet with this case.

I will have to disagree with you on the statement about Rika changing the tide for Geto
Something like Rika is an absolute game changer for Geto. 1. She gives him and infinite source of CE so he would never have to worry about holding back on CE usage, and probably would help him use RCT if he already couldn’t. That is massive for Geto because we know Geto augments his Curses with CE so imagine what he could do if he augments all of his curses with an infinite amount of curses from his lower lvls to the higher ones
2. He has Rika next to him. She’s a strong curse no matter how you spin it, who can supply him with weapons and CE like I already stated. And the reason why gojo probably says she’s almost unkillable stays consistent with the plot lines of the current series. The same way Hakari who actually has an infinite amount of CE is essentially unkillable, is the same way Rika who also does is as well. But for curses ik they don’t use RCT but instead of CE to heal themselves (because they are curses they don’t have to reverse the process they just use CE because they are made of CE essentially) so killing a curse with an infinite amount of CE even with Gojos power would be hard because they just will keep healing. But it’s Gojo so we know he would win
3. So having an unkillable ally next to you who won’t run out of CE, is very strong, protect you, and supplies you with CE, and weapons probably would give him a good chance against anyone ngl. Not to mention he was stated to have the best hands apart from Toji and maki

I would strongly disagree. Just think about Sukuna in Yuji's or Megumi's body. He has his own CT, CE reserves, reaction and movement speed etc. (correlating to the amount of fingers consumed) And to keep that example, when CTs from their new bodies are used, they apply it with their own CE thus having a completely other mastery over this CT. Just think about Sukuna using the 10s more efficiently and better than Megumi ever has.

I don't think that he saw the same CE capacity as Geto but rather his CE signature. We saw that this is a thing in JJK 0 when they could confirm that Geto murdered the village (not sure if it was verbatim "signature" but something along those lines) but in the end we can't really be really sure. I would even say techniques as we them in general was not a thing as well. The only characters you see with CTs are Gojo inumaki and Geto and two of them are from clans. Plus Yuta’s mimicry and Rika was never designated as his CTE until way later into the series. I think Techniques was supposed to be a dime a dozen thing that certain clan members or super strong character have while general sorcerers don’t have that, kinda how like DEs are

Getou solos current Yuta
Yuta had to use a death binding vows to surpass Getou using around 2/3 of his power. These vows made a crow one shot a special grade, which at the bare minimum have multi city block durability (so a death amp makes you millions of times stronger)

If he had a domain he still probably wouldn’t have used it, the entire time he was playing around with a serious Yuta and Rika and holding his own against them. Actually he had a big advantage against them, so I think although he’s the weakest out of the special grade sorcerers. He’d still beat people like Toji/Maki, especially with feats from Kenjaku which can be used. Such as his physicals against Yuki, or some of his cursed spirits either being faster than people like Toji and Yuta. I’d say Geto when scaling him and some of Kenny’s feats along with Gojo, Yaga, and Kenjakus statements. He’s definitely Top 10
You can’t use feats from kenjaku, they’re 2 separate beings with separate fighting styles. The story (or an sbs or something officially approved from gege, can’t remember what exactly it is) is that the 3 best h2h fighters in the series is gojo, kenjaku specifically in geto’s body (not geto himself), then maki/toji (ofc this was before sukuna was free). He’s also the only special grade that doesn’t know rct. Although geto is skilled in h2h, he got slapped by 3-4 month exp yuta. Kenjaku only survived/ did so well against yuki is because of his anti-gravity technique and his other ones, something geto wouldn’t have access to, yuji was ripping through the reinforced cursed spirits, geto never even reinforced his curses. Geto also couldn’t use mini-uzumaki’s, which is what killed yuki

He scales to Kenjaku still, until you can prove otherwise and in cursed energy reserves he should also have a shit ton compared to other sorcerers or high tiers. He should be able to keep up with Yuki in speed since Kenny can in Getos body, with Getos ce. The only thing he probably can’t do is use Mini uzumaki and a domain. Which still with 6,000 cursed spirits varying in strength that he can amp along with himself, who can hold his own against Rika and Yuta in jjk 0 whilst playing around and nearly coaching Okkotsu. He’d still be able to whack most of the verse, until you can prove that Kenny’s physical feats against Yuki would be different from Getos, and on top of that he should by default have better hand than Yuki like Kenjaku. Since one of his showings go over how he knows wing chin and a few other martial arts within 0 alone compared to Yuki having a sluggish brawler fighting style.

And no, they don’t scale the same, yuki only lost to Kenny because he had MULTIPLE CT’s. Yuki was sliding all of the reinforced cursed (which geto can’t do). If geto was in that fight instead, yuki would’ve killed him the first attack, she literally crippled both his arms and used rct to heal (geto can’t). Kenny had to keep her at bay using the reverse of anti-gravity (geto can’t). The only reason yuki died is because she didn’t know about the mini-uzumaki’s (again, geto can’t) and got caught off guard in straight h2h, Kenny could keep up but he was getting smoked by her regardless. Yuta upscales her in physicals now. Yuta washes geto regardless. You can say their the same, it’s wrong especially when gege posted a piece of kenjaku being a better fighter and physically superior than geto in geto’s body
