Olivier Latry, un artiste époustouflant, un organiste d'une virtuosité presque surnaturelle, mais doublé d'un homme d'une grande simplicité quand il salue son public. Le jeu de l'orgue paraît si évident et facile quand on le voit, alors qu'il s'agit d'une maîtrise de l'instrument pratiquement inaccessible pour le commun des mortels. Mille bravos à ce musicien de si haut vol !

Le concert parfait à tout point de vue (et d'écoute ! ). Une grande jeunesse dans l'exécution. La registration de la fugue de Bach est respectueuse du contrepoint. Olivier Latry surclasse à l'évidence tous ses contemporains dans l'art de l'exécution.

Credo che il Maestro Latry sia uno dei migliori improvvisatori al mondo.

La facilità con cui Latry esegue, a memoria, ogni brano del repertorio è quasi sovrumana, e chi passa mesi a studiare passaggi che lui affronta come bere un bicchiere d'acqua, quasi impazzisce per l'incredulità.
A parte questo, complimenti agli organizzatori che riescono da anni a proporre sempre splendidi concerti, con i migliori organisti del mondo, ed ora anche a renderli fruibili tramite lo streaming. Davvero encomiabili.

Un concerto veramente magnifico a cui sono stata lieta di partecipare. Un'artista di livello internazionale che ha reso, se questo fosse possibile, la cattedrale di Bergamo ancora più maestosa e imponente. La musica è risuonata nell'anima, attraverso le abilissime mani di Olivier Latry. Un grande grazie agli organizzatori e ovviamente all'organista!
