I've just been accepted as a UPS Seasonal package delivery driver, and learning the 5's and 10's is the most difficult part of the training process from what I can see. Thanks for this video. 🙂
Thank you for this helpful video. I did 3 days of intergrad training via Zoom. But this coming Monday and Tuesday I meet with the on road supervisor for the hands-on training. She sent me a text and said the most important thing is to know my 5's and 10's so I've been studying all weekend because I really want to be a UPS driver. Thanks again my friend!
This was the best video honestly before taking my ups driving test. The only thing that sucks I literally only have one day to prepare. I applied yesterday and got a call today saying if I want to take the test tomorrow. I should’ve waited a week but I really need a job right now 😩😩 life just be lifing man but this video was a great help thank you
These tests are bullshit. Passed my road test with ease and now they give me 4 days to learn this crap verbatim. Not to mention I need to drive 2 hours to go to the testing center. Im half tempted to bail, gonna cost me over $100 in gas just to not remember this crap verbatim.
Thank that technologically my car has bluetooth hands free, backup camera etc. Might of help for the UPS drive test. Hope I do well . Been driving since age18-20. Almost 28 years later. No accidents.
@@Cloud12101Did you need to know them for the first road test? I applied last night and have a road test this week. Not sure if I need to know these by then already. Thanks.
So im the middle of intergrad and here's what ive learned so far with the 5's and 10's. The 5's you have to learn word for word, no errors. You do not have to say the "How do you do it, what does it do for you or key phrase part" But everything else you need to learn. They may tell in class for the 10's that you just need to learn the titles and the why's and basically summerize the paragraph in your own words. This is a lie. You have to memorize the paragraph basically word for word. If you get a word or two wrong, they may let it slide. But if you forget a particular part or entire sentence, they'll fail you. No matter what the teachers during the first 3 days say, memorize it all and you'll be better off on day 4 and 5.
When you drive u got to be on fire in the city and u see every thing u become alive to protect that job and your self and others calm down on the rhetoric! They r just words become one with the truck and the environment!!

I was about to say the 5’s are word for word and the 10’s you just need to know what it means, the 10’s are not word for word
I’ve seen lot of people say 10s are word for word.
It's a case by case. Depends on who your supervisor is
