I ordered one of these in the blue metallic. I cant wait til it arrives. I have played alot of expensive basses but started to realize its all in my hands and HB makes beautiful instruments
That one looks great too. I think you'll love it! I've tried a couple of high end jazz basses before I realised this JB-20 does the perfect job for me and ended up getting a sunburst one.

@@andrasiboti Szia! Megvan, de már nagyon messze van a gyári állapotától. Kb mindent kicseréltem rajta a hangolókulcsokon kívül. :) Nagyon szeretem, fő hangszeremmé vált.
This was my first bass (lefty) and I love it. I now have piccolo strings on it and they fit the Jazz Bass so well.

I cannot decide between this or a squier affinity jazz bass. I’ve tried out the squier bass and it played great and sounded pretty good. I’m still considering this bass tho just because of how good Harley bentons stuff is

Saw all the positive films on TH-cam and bought it immediately. Unfortunately sharp frets and the neck pickup not properly installed. I did not return it because I want to tweak it anyway. Beautifull blue metallic!!

Thanks! We’re using a BAE 1073 DMP preamp most of the time, directly into the soundcard. I don’t know what we used for the StingRays, could be the ACME Motown DI

unfortunately rondomusic does not sell as many bass guitars as they used to. the basses they sold about ten years ago are waaaay better than the ones they sell now. that being said, theyre still pretty decent for the money.

If i am not wrong i own One of These (was my First one) is still in use.quite tuned it a bit tho.
High mass Bridge, new sctatchplate and new metal eq parts.
Actually, it got punchy, it got low-mids and definition, it's a good work of an instrument. But it is still weird that a JB doesn't shimmering on the top.

Decent budget bass (any bass will sound good thru that preamp) but I really hate how this channel is becoming the EytschPi42 of the bass world. Isn't his channel and Thomman TV sufficient to push this gear?
Hey, not every bass sounds good thru this preamp, belive me. we had the chance to to play a lot of basses thru this preamp and really not every bass sounds good. concerning your thomann fronting: what do you think how a company/ youtube-channel work? everyone needs to get some money out of his work, thomann is a big client like ibanez or darkglass and we are happy to work with them as well as we are happy about the cooperation with smaller companys, but sure smaller companys release not the half of equipment to test as thomann does. but my question to you is: whats wrong with this? all the best, rene.

Sounds good but i am 100% sure it is extra harmful to play it
They are not cheap it says 94 $ then 82$ for shipping + tax its over 200 dollars when your done . thoman is a scam even used on reverb these basses are going for over a hundred and then 80 for shipping. The only people saying these are 90 dollar basses are the ones who got them for free for a review from the manufacturer.
I just bought one about a month a go jb20 its €99 + €30 shipping to 🇲🇹
