The Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato continues a long relationship that has created some of the most beautiful and exclusive cars that the world has ever seen. The latest collaboration comes in the form of the Vanquish Zagato, based on Aston Martin's Vanquish with a 6 litre V12 producing 600 horsepower and a build run of just 99 Coupes and 99 convertible Volantes. I love the Vanquish Zagato. To me it is the ultimate incarnation of that particular platform. In fact, it is my favourite Aston Martin at the moment. It's got so much style and combined with that glorious V12 the Vanquish Zagato offers a complete package. It makes you feel special, which is exactly how any Aston Martin should make you feel.
One of my all time favourite cars in the world. Was lucky enough to see a pearl white one at Aston Martin Welwyn and the details are just stunning. A sure fire investment.
I'd personally say the most beautiful car in the world is the DB5.. You may not agree, but inside and out, the charm it exudes is beyond belief . I'm sure you've seen one in real life and you can surely understand how I felt when I saw one for the first time in the flesh! :)
@@bencritchley2005 I know automotive beauty is a highly subjective thing, but I have never understood the degree of swooning and raving about the DB4Z styling. I have always found it bulbous and awkward looking; the standard DB4 was much prettier in my view. This and the DB7 were the very best looking of the collaborations in my opinion
There is a LOT of the Jaguar F-Type in this car not just the outside body lines but little things as well like the center ring on the steering wheel, the leather headliner and teeny-tiny visors. Cool.
I must admit that I'm somewhat of a fanboy of Mustang GT exhaust sounds, having owned one is ago, but this is on another level all together... Skip to 4:56-5:05....(it's okay, you can thank me later... ) I'm smh at how insanely sweet that sounds.... Love your channel and especially the Gumball 3000 footage/coverage ....you rock Tim. The standard Vanquish S looks better to me. I like some of the touches, but overall this car isn't as elegant as a standard Vanquish and some of the cues remind me of the Subaru BRZ/Scion FR-S.

x GodZ x that's a nice car with all it's history and stuff but 1st it's not road legal 2nd it does not have this italian "long hood + short coupé rear" with trans axle... 3rd it doesn't have these strong shaped lines 4th it's an Old car you can't compare them.... but definitely one of the best looking Old cars out there... with the Old Bertone of cause :D
schubioncars I really don't see how people like the 8C, the back is horrid and the front looks droopy. This however, in a better spec than all black, is heaven. But if everybody had the same opinions then the world would be pretty boring.
Shitty interior? Have you ever sat in a Vanquish? The materials used are exquisite. The electronics aren't top notch, but they shouldn't be, because they'd destroy the classy mechanical character of the car.
vanquish and zagato both look like ant's on lsd just zagato looks angrier lol. both are designed with boy racers in mind. give me a 2013-16 db9 any day over these cars
I had to do a speaking task for my English GCSE at the beginning of 2017, this is the car I did it on, and no one in the room had any idea what I was on about with engine sizes and dual clutch transmission haha. that's the life of being the only car enthusiast you know.

Aston Martin Vanquish in general has my approval! I love that Vanquish S Volante. If I'd win a multi-million lottery, that's the first car I'd buy. But the Zagato, is arguably more beautiful indeed! That rear is just poppin'. 😍

As a fan of mainly classics and with a mindset of "older is better" (though my version rather is "the closer to 1959, the better")... there are only 4 modern cars I would ever consider owning... the 4th generation Mazda MX5, the new Alpine A110S, the Ferrari F12tdf... and this... what a beaut. By the way, the reason the seating position is so high is because it genuinely is a grand tourer, it's a car you're meant to be comfortably in, not to be driven hard around a track like a hard-core racer.

I agree - this is quite a gorgeous car. That side profile is a timeless clean line - swoops back. The rear 3/4 view is also quite stunning.
