Just another tip: If you'd like to split each pattern separately and arrange it in your timeline, use sampler tracks with the pattern editor instead of the drum machine with the pattern editor. I find that using sampler tracks allows a lot more freedom and flexibility. Hopefully Cubase makes some improvements on the drum track in future updates. But I'm glad they added this feature.
I love Cubase and Nuendo but I don’t like Groove Agent so I use Superior Drummer. My question is- Is it possible to write a groove in Pattern Editor and, either use the Superior Drummer’s library or just convert it to Midi and use Superior Drummer?
Straight to the point✌️
Great video. With the set-up lane controls, do you have a pitch option (hi hats)? Thanks.

Yes. I’ve made a video about that as well. Love using pattern with sampler track. Thanks for watching.

Yes you can. I don’t have superior drummer, though but you can certainly use the pattern editor with any drum machine.
@ Cool! Thanks!
@@myoldskool In Superior Drummer, you mean? If so, Yes! Tons of grooves played by great drummers. Very intuitive and easy to program.
@@EcstasyTunes are there any preset drum patterns in this new editor for C14?
@@EcstasyTunesQuestion. What about adjusting the pitch for hi hats? How would you do that? Thanks.
I feel like C14 should of waited and should of got more testing...it feels like a beta version!
What makes you say that. There's so much positive response from everywhere on Cubase 14. I've been inspired to create more songs.
Can you elaborate. I think Cubase 14 is awesome.
