I am looking to include the date divided into the numbers and the days of the week (one above the other but in 2 different text boxes since the font will be different for numbers). E.g. 20 Monday. Hi Fiona thanks. The problem you encounter in the In design file seems really strange to me. I have never had a similar experience. The only thing I can think of is that you should check in the Preflight Panel if there are any errors. A red light should turn on if there are errors. They could be links that indesign no longer finds and that you should fix. Let me know if you solved it. Thanks and happy planner
@@silviaplannerstudio4539 Hi Silvia, the issue got sorted. I add an editing password at Export window, then InDesign compress the output PDF file largely to around 12mb; if no pwd, the file size is around 30mb. It's not logical, but it works!!

I have one question though: If I insert a new page somewhere in the middle (for example the old page 9 becomes now page 10 because I inserted a new page before it), will the hyperlinks still work correctly and adjust to the changed page numbering? I hope you understand what I mean. Thanks in advance!

And the answer is yes, you can add pages in the middle of other pages or where you need them and the links stay fixed. I've tried it and it works great. That's why I love Indesign. :) But in order not to make mistakes and mess everything up, always try adding a page and then check if it works correctly. Hello Silvia! Thank you for the tutorial. I create hyperlinks with Action "Go to Destination" (and I add a bookmark to the page I want to link) because "Go to Page" is not working for me. This action is not working across all apps tho (XODO, Penly, Samsung Notes). Any idea why?

Hello! ⭐Everything you insert in the InDesign file which you will then export to PDF cannot be changed. Let me explain better: if you put a sticker in the Indesign file it stays there and you can't copy and paste it in another place. You can create a stickers page in Indesign, export the document and then in Goodnotes (or any other app you use for planners) you can insert your stickers. Only there can you modify them.
