    i have my term test from GI disease module in a week and liver is a major area..we are asked a lot about pathology in our exams and this is just AWESOME and INVALUABLE!..amen to a prosperous life sir!

    Hi andrew your vedio is amazing i have quistion why cirrhotic liver shrunk although sinusoidal narrowing (venous congestion)cause edama in liver and so hepatomegaly

    In reference to scar or fibrin formation in patients with NASH, research in pubmed does confirm reversal or at least attenuation of the above via the use of silymarin, pending disease progress. Can you comment on that or do you have any experience with that sir? thank you for the lecture!
