I owned a 76 coupe Galant in Australia made by Chrysler in the 80,s. Owned it for 8yrs until 300k then a rod went through the block. Nice little car always dependable more fun than the Mercedes I drive now
My aunt bought a 71 Colt GT Station Wagon brand new when she was in the Navy stationed at Corpus Christi Texas and then brought it home to Missouri while she went to college and then out to San Diego after college when she went out there to work as a D.O.D. Civilian in 1979 or 80. Hers was an automatic trans and Yellow with Red GT stripes.
I had the Colt GT 2 two door Coupe, bought new, my first car. I think it cost me $1500. The back seat was so tiny that you had to sit sideways. It was lemon yellow with a lime green interior. I loved ❤ that little car.
3:45...................COLT VISTA, BABY!!!!! We used to have a 1985 Dodge Colt Vista similar to this one when I was growing up, & I would give ANYTHING to have another one!!!!! Ours was Glacier Blue Metallic, 2WD, & an automatic, & it also had the same Custom Package. It also had a manually-tuned AM-FM stereo radio with no cassette deck. NOT a star on the track by ANY means, but..........let's just say that Glacier Blue Metallic was definitely the appropriate color for ours, as it DEFINITELY had glacier-like acceleration!!!!!
