Hi. I'm new to Carrera digital and find your videos most helpful. However there's one thing I haven't been able to find anywhere. The driver display and lap timers all refer to cars by numbers 1 - 6. How do I allocate a number to a specific car of my choice? Or is it just random. Sorry if this seems like an elementary question but it's been bugging me for a while now so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
i have never used them on my track but I think they are tied in using the red button on the driver station. I meant to look in the booklet that comes with the digital stuff but forgot. Send me an email as a reminder and I'll do it Monday. g2172@aol.com
Hey! NICE SET! I am going to buy one set for my 5yr old son. Now Q: can I buy 1/43 track then buy some 1/32 cars on 1/43 track? I really love 1/32 cars but 1/32 digital sets are way too expensive
hi can i race 4 cars at the same time in this tracks? how to do it? Do i need to buy a separate controller wireless or wired? If wired where do i plug it? Thanks
I would buy the layout.design that you like the best. Most people focus on the cars but the first thing you're going to do is buy more cars anyhow. The 30182 Power Speeders is a nice set.
so the set i want has wireless would there really be an advantage to having that pistol grip one when you set up throttle and brake sensitivity anyway? what are the definite advantages please?
Most racers prefer the pistol grip over the thumb plunger. The TruSpeed has a throttle sensitivity which something the Carrera controller doesn't offer. It is also very smooth.
www.cincyslots.com they are $69.99. the stock Carrera controllers are around $44.99. If they break, they go in the garbage. If something goes wrong with the TruSpeed, it can, in most cases, be fixed. Yes, they are plug and play.

I would buy a 1/32 set and use the 1/43 cars. If 1/32 cars will work on GO!! track, I'm sure you could only race one at a time.
Can I use evolution track lengths with digital set?
yes you can.

How many standard Carrera Straight Track to make one mile?
Dr Dixon BhD I’m guess 152 for a scale 1/32 mile. 203 for 1/24. 4873 to make a true mile.
Best started set?
