the organization of these pastry chefs is just amazing. In so many workplaces people cant or refuse to work together and just make your work life hard. Looking at these co-workers and seeing how the seamlessly work as a team and create these lovely cakes.....they could teach people all over the world what it means to work as a team. I am just in awe, so impressive.

The precision, organized process, attention to detail, and excellent hygiene makes me want to work here. Truly would be satisfied with how perfect they look. Always loved the level of sweetness in Japanese and Korean bakeries because they don’t make it too sweet. They either are half or less of US desserts.

I heard Krispy Kream opened in Korea but wasn't successful because it's too sweet for them lol.
I don't like American baked goods for this reason. Way too much sugar. This process was fascinating to watch.

I have noticed the same thing in both Korean and Japanese cooking. Very high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
You wouldn't get this level of cleanliness in the UK, even some of the 5 star places are worse than the worst places to go

it's so amazing how they don't waist anything and way every ounce I like how they also scrape down every last drop and now I'm watching them make some of the most awesome flowers I've ever seen looks so real plus I would hate to cute into them they looks so pretty I wish I could learn how to make them flowers my cupcakes would look amazing. Attention to detail, clean, orderly, food safety. Then they come out with the perfect wobble and a beautiful sponge. I'm in cake heaven. I couldn't possibly eat that rice flower cake. Those flowers are exquisite. That is the most beautiful edible art I've ever seen. Salute to the master of her craft. Wow. And OMG, death by chocolate. That would send me into a carb coma that there would be no waking up from.

For some reason, this sound of cutlery and pans and the process of mixing ingredients in those gigantic mixers have some sort of soothing and relaxing effect on me, almost like a meditation. Sometimes I watch these videos in the evening after a hard working day just to chill off
I really like the sound of the pans clinking together. Watching the ingredients being processed makes me really want cake. Watching you add the water to the baking sheets is really impressive compared to similar scale western bakeries. You’re turning out gourmet food. 💕♥️💕

What I enjoyed the most is when they make a lovely and realistic icing flower.
I do sometimes miss my cake decorating job. Making floral topped cakes was a personal favorite and our customers loved them. These are extra fancy and produced exactly as I did them. Well done. 🌟🌟🌟
Why don‘t you try taking real flowers. Many of them can be eaten. Daisies, Roses, Hibiscus and so on.

Нереально красивые цветы. Цветы как живые, очень натурально смотрятся - и цвет и сами цветы. Просто фантастика великие мастерицы, им нет равных. Вообще в тех странах, Китай, корея, Япония - это их родное, никто не может быть равным им, они большие умельцы в создании цветовой гаммы

I was noticing the attention to food safety as well. Did you see all the eggs individually stamped with the inspectors number?
There is no such concept of hygiene in Korea.
It's just that they were also educated about hygiene when learning technology from Japan.
In Japan, there is a hygiene standard called HACCP, which is mandatory.
South Korea is a country where kimchi containing E. coli is sold.
