- Cooking time has increased since we are staying home for a long time. I think everyday feels boring because we have similar schedule and eat similar food everyday. But I came up with new idea to refresh with small change! It is meeting recipes that are not obvious and make cooking fun. I will teach you 4 different potato dish recipes that are easy to make at home! From potato omelette, potato pancake, potato salad, to potato bread! The Spanish omelette is anything but a Spanish omelette. This dude has no idea of Spanish cooking.
@@meadc6754 It might not be the authentic recipe but it looks delicious and should be even tastier than the original with the added ingredients.
You have obviously never tried the original. I have no doubt that this omelette is tasty but it is not a Spanish omelette which is iconic in Spain. It’s as if we made a strawberry cake with lemons, it might be nice but it would not be a strawberry cake.

감자 오믈렛 오늘 해봤는데 진짜 존맛이에요 ㅠㅠ 여러분 좀 번거로워도 만들어보세요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 저는 안에 마늘 양파 시금치 치즈 넣었는데 친구들이 익숙한데 처음먹는 존맛이라며 좋아해줬습니다. 후추랑 소금만 넣었는데도 따로 뭐 찍어먹지 않아도 돼요.
근데 역시 좀 번거로워요. 🤔

Hola, no sé si me leerás o me entenderás pero como mencionaron en un comentario más abajo la “Tortilla española” que has puesto no es así. Me refiero que la tortilla española/de patatas se hace con patatas, huevos y en ocasiones con cebolla, esa es la tortilla tradicional y habitual. Le puedes añadir más cosas como hiciste, por supuesto, pero ya no es una tortilla española o tortilla de patatas.
Lo digo por que lo sepas y que me gustan mucho tus vídeos y los veo desde hace un tiempo.

I wouldn't call that first recipe an omelette...it looks more like a cross between an omelette and a frittata. But it does look delicious, and it's such a great idea. Along with a salad, it would make a very filling dinner for 2. And you could make endless variations, using different meats and veggies. 😋

I love your channel and this recipes but don´t show this version of spanish omelette a lot of spanish people hehehehe. They will be angry because in other countrys always call omelette and paella to recipes very diferents of ours. Good job :) I make this version tonight ;)
