Ravenpaw is introduced in the very first book, Into the Wild, as a Thunderclan apprentice, and Crowpaw/feather is introduced in the first book of the second arc, The New Prophecy, as a Windclan apprentice. Two different characters, Ravenpaw doesn't get a warrior name.
