Just tested it now, and it does work. Took me a few tried though to find the right place. It's not super apparent in the video, but make sure to steer left as soon as you fall though the whole, and you should find yourself outside. The platform you want to be on is actually very close to where you fall through, but if you fail, just try it again. It means it's possible to start farming for Invincible. =)
You can now skip the healing boss altogether by just running around the mobs "holding" the dragon and not aggroing them
Still works as of this date: after killing sindragosa go back to the center of the big hall to teleport to the Lich King
