just tried this on patch 7.3 and worked perfectly. Feign death just reset the adds and boss stayed on pets, easy kill

Able to just start dps on boss now. Done in about 15sec.

I can confirm this still works. Make your pet solo attack the heart first. Then make sure your pet is solo attacking the dark animus for at least 3 secs, and activate aspect of the turtle, wait a few more secs then feign death. The boss will not reset this way.
