man i miss tamiya ! this is my childhood, it's popular here in the philippines early 2000, now it's not that big anymore.

Yup! And I did go to a few more of these races thru this summer, now I have 3 cars built. A box stock, a pro stock, and a bmax. More videos about this are coming.
For boxstock, im suggesting using ar chassis. Its much heavier and battery is at low centre of gravity. For bmax, im suggesting using super fm and super 2 chassis. The carbon type of chassis. Use 3 point attachment at the rear roller. Mount using only one screw at the bottom and u will see the difference.

I might do a summary later of my mini4wd cars and what’s done to them. I already do that a bit now. But for the box stock class it’s truly that, no changes just build em as they come and choose a chassis/body you like to put together.
Choose kits for box stock that has higher advantages like the fma chassis mach frame the kit has super hard tires from the box so it has a higher chance than your ma toyota gazoo but its a good kit by far i have my own too

is there no throttle control on these little cars?
No controls. Just on and off. It’s all about the builds and tuning. You can try to manage battery voltage and weight/capacity in box stock. With the BMAX you can add friction brake pads that scrub speed on inclines and declines.
@@netcruzer you can also adjust gear set and type of tyre to adjust to the track u race at the moment
The mechanic is a setup regulation . Setup your car . Once release on the track . Pray it doesnt fly off and your faster than the other guy. There are parts upgrades and more of a engineering than driver skill
im confused. Where is this at? because I saw some of the prizes where gift certificate in dollars but I see a lot of filipinos
Canada. Ottawa area. Montreal and Toronto have also been having some mini4wd events.
