It's crazy how a moment in time can change someone's whole future so dramatically. I wish the best for you Remi and I hope your career will take off again soon. You have such a gift.
I stand with Remi. The fact no one spoke out in his defense is horrible, especially since the band members had been friends for 10 years. Best wishes Remi and I hope your solo career takes off and makes you more famous than your former group. You have an excellent voice, and many of us have faith in you.
So well said. People jump to conclusions, punishments and judgements without doing ANY research more and more in our world. Nothing kind, caring or compassionate about that kind of world.
I stand with Remigio too. I believe that the incident was misjudged. He is far from a prejudiced person. He’s from a Portuguese neighbourhood that I taught in, in Toronto. All lives really do matter. That doesn’t take away anything from the Black Lives Matter ✊🏾 movement. The French lyrics of Oh Canada 🇨🇦 are not peaceful. I have never liked them. The American national anthem is also not peaceful. It would have been better to have done a rewrite together, as a group, to speak about peace, rather than act on his own. It was a risky move & it cost Remigio more than the group that he sang in. it cost him his reputation. People just listen to the media, who is not working in any positive manner. Controversy sells. Peace and love doesn’t sell. What is right does not sell
I support Remigio not in his specific belief but in his intention, BUT he should have done it on his own, not throwing the whole band into his thing without even talk with the others. It's a good thing to be supportive of peace etc, but he should have done it on his own, maybe on social media et similia. I'm sorry he is now cut off from everything, he has a beautiful voice, he should be on stages and on tours because he has a great talent. I truly hope you can soon be on the top again Remigio! Be strong :)
I LOVE this guy ❤️🙏🙏 Remi you are an incredible human being.. only just got into The Tenors music but DISGUSTING how three """friends""" treated you. I wish you every success in your solo career. Remi God Bless you 🙏🙏🙏
I have researched you and I feel that you did not do anything wrong! Your music touches my very soul. Your music is absolutely moving and brings tears to my eyes at times. Think about doing a contemporary Christian CD, or a Christmas CD....I truly believe that they will sell! Remy, what does the symbol mean on the necklace that you wear around your neck? Thank you for talking to me... you are a marvelous man!
Much respect to Remi for taking a stand against the system to support peace! Have been a big fan for A long time and now an even bigger one! Peace and love to you!
People ruined this mans life and called him a racist for saying "all lives matter"...those same people now tell us Trudeau's blackface fetish is not. Welcome to the new Canada. "Progress"
All lives are not in danger, only black people are being killed in 2020. He is racist for denying injustice against black people. If all lives matter then black lives should not be cut short.
Ít theo loss because you were the best vocalist of that group and I am disheartened that they did not support you. There will never cease to be haters in the world so ignore them for their ignorance. Keep moving on brother! I will stand by you!
best voice??i don't think... the other 3 members vocals were technically superior to his . You may like his voice the best, but he was certainly not the best vocalist.
The hardest thing to hear was that the rest of the guys cut him off completely. I have lost a measure of my respect for them. He messed up in a big way and I understand the need for the group to carry on without him, but allowing the media and the public to tear him apart like that without supporting him, without coming to his defense in at least a small way seems odd; makes me wonder what is/was going on behind the scenes. He has strong opinions that he feels the need to express, but he is not a racist.
I'm afraid, for them, it was a matter of survival as a group. I'm sad for Remi. He has a wonderful voice and I think they would have liked to keep him with them. He's trying to do good and it's a slippery slope.
It's despicable how the other guys threw him under the bus and just abandoned him. You are an honourable, brave, beautiful man Remigio! God bless you and I hope you rise back to the top where you belong.
You did a righteous thing and I will stand by you! They didn't like Christ either and if you do what it Christ-like, then you will not be loved by the world either. God will bless you.
I absolutely understand Remigio’s words…I have been saying “all lives matter” for awhile and I cannot imagine in a million years why anyone would find it inappropriate. We are now in a time when everyone…Black lives…LGBTQ lives…Women’s lives…LatinX lives…Asian and Pacific peoples lives are standing up for recognition-doesn’t that mean All Lives Matter? I’m very confused by the Tenors and the world’s reaction and by them cutting a man out of in the world he’s known and been his whole life…is THAT not a form of separatism and bigotry?! I’m horrified and yet praying for him daily.
Remi, you are a hero to me and to my family. We are very proud of your deep sense of integrity. It is very sad that the three other members of the Canadian tenors left you out in the cold. They know you and what your heart and soul are about and yet they acted like they don't want to have anything to do with you when you spoke of the truth. They should be ashamed of themselves for being more interested in their marketability and image rather than to speak of what matters. In the video when the four of you wrote letters to your Moms, it was you who brought me to tears listening to you expressing your sincere and deep love for your mother. I knew then that you are a person of great character and a deep sense of gratitude. I will always be a fan of your great musical talent but most of all I will be thankful to you for your pure soul and loving heart and for having the strength to speak the truth regardless of any monetary and career consequences. More power to you!
Remi is not all sunshine and innocence. He’s been an avid conspiracy theorist since before the MLB incident. One of his beliefs is the Black Lives Matter movement is a result of a conspiracy to “incite a racial war in the US which would profit arms dealers and warlords” and not a result of systemic racism or police brutality. Here's another one of his quotes "American history is a lie... all of history is a lie... look into maps of Tartaria... hidden in plain sight." Remi also jeers at science, including medical science….except when he’s being treated by medical science for his idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (blood disorder). Quite the hypocrite. The “All Lives Matter” was just one of the problems they had with Remi. But since it was the most public problem, that’s all people see so they think the Tenors were unreasonable. Remi uses that to his advantage.
I support YOU, a real hero, and continue to speak out! You inspire people...and ALL lives do matter! ALL...your brothers are shameful and I hope it is better now at this time for you. So sorry...but you have high integrity, and you are sadly in the minority today! Love you and your principles!
It makes no sense to determine that he is a racist, it would be more likely that the people who had an issue with his message are racist, as he was promoting equality. I am happy to know that a person in his position took this opportunity to use his platform for positivity. This situation is very disheartening.
Remigio i am so proud of you standing up for what you believe in i stand with you if people would listen and take in what you were saying All Lives do matter and God knows that💕💕🙏
Remigio I miss you!! 🙏🏼 I miss the old Tenors there will never have a group like that before. Remigio GOD loves ❤ you!! You are in good hands the Good Lord cares for you!! Stay faithful to GOD… 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼. You are in my prayers and I am sure there’s more people doing that too. 🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️
It seems ironic to me that he has paid a big price for his expressing his personal feeling albeit as part of a anthem whereas NFL players who repeatedly disrespect the flag are allowed a pass! In lifeyou have to choose your battles carefully and be truly prepared for the consequences! As a singer, solo or otherwise he simply needs to get his house in order and go on! Challenge any recording or performing restrictions placed on him by the Tenors as unreasonable and discriminatory, take the case in front of a jury and go on to sing another day.
The United States Flag Act clearly states kneeling as an acceptable alternative. Now that we know that your feelings toward Kapernick are not based on any actual issue pertaining to flag etiquette, would you like to be honest about the roots of your umbrage?
Remi, thank you for standing up for the truth. It's not pretty but the honorable and courageous know what it is and will not be silenced. You are the definition of brave, especially in a socialized country like Canada.
"It's not about the money" .... but for the controllers of our society it's all it's about. and the other tenors.. disgusting , they should have had this mans back ... snakes. This interview ended when the anchor got cornered with some obvious truth!
I hope he does get a movie. And makes so much money from it the "remaining" Tenors regret what they did to him. I know they were probably afraid for their careers but there comes a time when you stand for what is right regardless if it hurts you. Even if they decided to part ways with Remi, this was the wrong way to treat him AND wrong to deny him his legal share of 25% of the business.
@@wval4379 Your information is outdated. They settled with Remi last year. And like every financial settlement, it took time and a lot of negotiating. It probably would have gone a lot faster and smoother if Remi had not posted on social media the blowout that occurred between himself and the guys right after the MLB anthem incident which he secretly recorded on his cell phone. He added commentary to the recording explaining why he was being treated unfairly and who knows if his post included the entire recording (the argument lasted 1.5 hours) or just the juicy bits taken out of context to suit his purpose. Plus, he released details of contracts that were probably covered by confidentiality agreements to his fans who spread them all over social media. His own actions weakened his legal arguments.

I feel for him but he really stepped in it. To change something like that without telling his band prior is where he went off the rails. Whether or not we agree or disagree with his All Lives Matter sign or him changing the lyrics of a National Anthem, I think most of us would be upset if our coworker did this on his/her own in such a public setting as if it represented our stance as a group. Why they haven’t spoken to him since is also disturbing and doesn’t speak well of them as humans or friends- but I do get why they were upset. It’s too bad- they really haven’t recovered as a group since he left. It seemed they were about to break through and Remy was a big part of their rise. I suspect had they worked it out (think Dixie chicks controversy years earlier where the band stayed together despite one member’s comments) this may have eventually blown over and perhaps even strengthened their band brand. We’ll never know.

@@REMIGIOPEREIRA ROFL what are you talking about "AKA"? Who are Nashama, Carol, Sanny Diamond. Don't flatter yourself. I'm just an ordinary person. You're paranoid. Probably because you have become entangled in so many conspiracy theories you don't know what to believe anymore,
Good extended interview and journalism by City News, allowing Remigio Pereira to express his views without being edited out. Good to see Pereira respond to every question, not all of them easy ones to respond to live, addressed to him. Pereira raised pertinent questions that have relevance today and spoke from the heart, even if it wasn't what many people wanted to hear. Pity he wasn't given this opportunity to clarify and engage in debate and reasoned discussion over these issues and perspectives earlier by the mainstream press. Questioning some of the lyrics of a national anthem at a major public event, with the military industrial complex and deep state forces (some outlined by Remi in this interview) in the ascendancy explains the backlash. Think Ward Churchill, think Remi Pereira... Think 'mainstream' backlash without giving those targeted a voice to express themselves and fend off misrepresentation of their perspectives at key critical moments
The trouble is Remi you are too clever for them and know what you are talking about and they cannot compete they are afraid because they are yes men and you are truth hun 💕💕💕💕
People are quick to judge when your belief doesn't fit theirs. I agree maybe it wasn't the place or time to do that, but don't turn your backs on him over words. And he is right, ALL LIVES MATTER!
Wow... Remigio really explained that well. It is sad that we are so political and constantly dividing each other. He really does love everyone and wants to stress unity but certain people want to divide and segment because of their bitterness and anger. This is so sad. He shouldn't have made his statement alone (making it look like a group statements) during the anthem and without the other members permission... that was wrong. However there should be forgiveness and reconciliation for the purpose of unity and moving forward and learning from the experience. He still has a lot to give to the world through his gift of music. Why are we sooo divided? Stop the judging and putting people in boxes. Love and try to understand each other.
Can only hope you can find peace with your decision!! You have support from this fan for what that matters! Just hoping you are happy! George Soros is an absolute monster!! You are so spot on!
Remigio, all your words are very brave and true. Your voice and the way you sing is wonderful, I'm sorry that the world is so cowardly and corrupt that we can't hear you now. I want you to know that there are so many of us who care as much about the lives of every living creature on earth as you do. If the world sees this as a racist manifestation, then the world is a liar and a hypocrite, speaking peace while fomenting division and hatred. I send you peace and love.
the tenors....Lean on me, should call it "Push comes to shove", I'm not buying or seeing these guys anymore, unless I know Remi's getting his share of the royalties. No question Mr. Remi has recovered from the unbelievable backlash that occurred. I don't know anyone in the west that was upset by what happened. The Tenors look like 3 stooges now!
jingle jazz that's not a nice thing to say. At least he apologized for what happened. I am sure Victor, Fraser and Clifton will move on just fine without him. Still what Remi did was wrong. He should have sang the French lyrics. That is what was expected of the group.
Katie Herring oh...i doubt it. I agree it was the wrong forum however he apologized and that should have in the end of it.....however they clearly used the incident to fullfill theyre personal agendas. They need to stand up and fullfill theyre legal obligations. When that happens then everyone can move on. The tinheads are feeling the heat as well for theyre actions. They can salvage whats left of theyre reputation when they apologize to Remi. The public knows whats going on in both sides. F.V.C. are feeling backlash as well. Remi has the most talent of the group by far. Dont like what i said...TOUGH!
Remi added to The Canadian Tenors. They were exceptional with him but now, though they are good, they are reduced by his non-presence. Remi had good intentions. Our world is such that we cannot say our opinion without retribution because others are racists. The fact the other band members dropped him completely tells me their true christian foundation. I support Remi more than them. The band should have supported their own regardless. If a man's wife had done something similar, would he kick her out??? Our world is mixed up, unforgiving and not a listener. They were outstanding with him. Now they sound weak, and I'm sorry.

This is a tough one. I love what he is about. What he wants for the world is good. However, chosing your battles in life, while using a celebrity platform, has to be done with great care. Unfortunately, you said the wrong thing at the wrong time. We know your intentions are honorable. And I also appreciate that you are actually aware of the issues and want to communicate that to your fans. But please, be more aware if what the words mean in today's world, before you do. Much love. The Tenors should not have let you go. I hope your career goes well from that day forward. I hope that they apologize to you. You all need to make up.
I know you're doing great with all your new music and it sounds wonderful never give up you will succeed and it's sad that the other three could not forgive you and move on
Well, here's my two cents. Both sides of the equation have their reasons for feeling the way they do and have justifications. Both sides have issues as well. On the Tenors side, I understand they were upset because Remi did it without consulting them. That breaks a trust relationship. And if you know anything about trust relationships, you know that if you break it in some way, there's problems. And what Remi did was break that trust relationship by not consulting them in any way. On Remi's end, of course there's no issue with standing for what you believe, "all lives matter." He stood for something correct and did it in the way he thought should be done. According to him, they turned their backs on him and didn't stand by him. That's tough. So here's the conclusion I personally find: both sides are have issues. I do believe that Remi was the origin of the problem because he could have found a much better means to convey his message. You can't punch someone in the face in order for them to understand that you love them and hope to get your message across, for example. On a side note: Remi's interview here is helpful and all, but he doesn't seem to understand or emphasize the trust relationship he broke - he keeps focusing on his message, which, if you look at the Tenors' interviews they don't focus on. They focus more on the embarrassment it was and how it was an improper means that Remi took to convey his message. Well, hope this was of use.
I disagree - and the reason i disagree is by way of comparing how the group would have reacted to the same offense but a different topic.... would the group have reacted the way they did if the message was for example, about saving the whales? *I highly doubt it* What it is really about is political correctness.... i mean, this is the modern version of 'the world is flat' and the vast majority of people all step in line with that and at all cost avoid any association with those who believe the world is round (people like Remigio).
@@mystikmind2005 Well, thank you for not being toxic in the way you gave your response. I do think they would have been angry at Remigio had the topic been different - had the topic been less offensive. In one of their interviews soon after the incident, they made emphasis on how embarrassing it was that Remigio changed the lyrics to a 'sacred' piece to them - the anthem. They also were offended at the topic itself - so yeah, you have a point in that regard - had the topic been less offensive, the issue would have been smaller. But yeah. The topic wasn't the only problem.
@@alfredotrujillo4729 Agree! .... and these type of issues do tend to get toxic, its the nature of political correctness - the true evil of political correctness is not in how it presents its views, the true evil of it is in the way it silences alternative views. And what happens when people feel like they dont have a voice for so long? They get ANGRY and come and be toxic online and vote for people like Trump!.... Its nice that Trump has shaken the political correctness tree, but i dont see him winning, and eventually he will be forgotten and America will get back to the job of stamping out all voices contrary to political correctness.
I don't entirely disagree with his social-political sentiments, and clearly he's not racist, but the one thing I didn't hear is that he understands that he broke the trust the rest of the group invested in him. He broke their trust, that's the one thing I don't hear him acknowledge. When a group has signed a contract to give a performance and (believe) they are in agreement about how they will perform, but one of them blindsides the others for personal reasons that are going to reflect on the whole group -- That's what I'm not sure Remi understands. I also absolutely don't condone changing the lyrics of any national anthem, that is arrogant and disrespectful regardless of the actual intent. As for the business end of things, I won't speculate since that is contract law. Perhaps the other three tenors have been advised to avoid contact with Remi until the legalities are sorted out? I am very sad that Remi is not in the group anymore, he has such great talent, but unless the broken trust can be mended...
I totally agree with this young man if you don't stand for what you believe you don't stand for anything and everybody counts no matter what color they are no matter what language they speak it's been pretty crazy you know all people matterI had already stopped listing to the tenor so much because I missed this man in them when are they going to wake up
I don't agree with what's been done to this man. I like The Tenors. They're great. I don't think the group should have ostracized him. I don't know what it means in Canada. But in America, I must point out, when he mentions "bombs bursting in air", in the USA National Anthem, his context of it isn't correct. It isn't promoting violence. It's commemorating what people went through and what they were willing to sacrifice to birth a country where religious freedom was possible by a group of people that came from a country where, at that time, religious freedom wasn't possible. All the freedoms we have, and have to fight to defend, in America were bought by a rough, long fight with many people sacrificing everything they had.
Ummmm sadly he threw away his life. His heart was probably in the right place but there were SO many more direct and effective ways to deliver his message.
What Colin K took a knee FOR was so different than Remi did saying “Hey, All Lives Matter.” Colin’s knee was against Americans, all Americans that died for their country. Remi is standing trying to say reason with a liberal reporter. To call him a raciest for being able to say his thoughts is what the truckers are trying to do along with freedom lovers.
Speaking of when Colin K took a knee, what do you think would have happened to the the 4 of them if they had been singing the American National anthem at an NFL game (as they often did) when Remi added his ALL LIVES MATTER statement, while players, coaches and owners were kneeling in solidarity with BLM? Do you really think they would have been able to just walk off the field like they did at the MLB game? The outcome would have been very different and everyone would be blaming Remi for being such a fool. Well guess what? It was dumb luck that they were at an MLB game instead. Remi is a fool, and that makes him a liability. He has proven it in several instances not just at the MLB game
While I agree that all lives matter there are acceptable venues to make a stand. I disagree that "people" ruined his life. Mr. Pereira made a choice and I have one word... Consequences.
Listening to Pereira, he really doesn't get it. The national anthem is sacred, you do not alter the words. It's also not a platform for making sociopolitical statements. The Tenors were paid to sing the anthem at big TV sporting event, not their own concert with their own fans or Amnesty International type jam. Pereira keeps stating The Tenors are about "peace & love". Correction, The Tenors are an apolitical pop/opera music group, not about social causes. There are other ways Pereira could have promoted his sociopolitical messages. He didn't understand it before he did it and even after all the fallout, he still doesn't get it.
I get the feeling that the group knew he was a bit batshit nutty but put up with it because he was a key part of why they sounded good. But when he went off on his own and threatened the reputation of the group, he lost the right to stay. They were probably waiting for such a situation to occur for a long time. When it finally happened, they took the higher ground and cut him out. Their sound isn’t as good anymore IMO, but I’m glad they had their morals and stuck with it, even if it meant the group would suffer. If they kept him on, one might think they’re only in it for the money.
The point is not whether his beliefs are right or not. He used a platform that was not advertised solely his own to share his beliefs. He was hired and he committed to sing the anthem with his band. He should have done exactly that if that is what he agreed to do. People who push their views like him act in disrespect. Disrespect towards his band, towards the players and towards the spectators. People paid a ticket and came to enjoy watching a game, not to listen to his personal beliefs. What he did was wrong and encourages others to act in disrespect. If he wanted to express his opinion to the world, he should have planned a personal event and advertise it at such. People like him bring chaos in the world and teach others to act in disrespect. He is a good singer, has a good heart and I wish him the best. But I do not approve of him breaching the contract he signed for that event. He also disrespected his own band. His behavior was wrong and it makes me sad because I am also a vegan and I respect every person regardless of their skin color. However, I would not want to be labeled and associated with a behavior like his. Love means also respect. If you don't agree with the anthem, don't commit to sing it, then change it in a sneaky way and ruin an entire event and your own band's hard work. We have to also forgive but first it should be noted that his behavior at that event was disrespectful and wrong.
I agreed with you 100 percent! Shame on the interviewer for not pressing Remi on his changing of the lyrics; for not asking him why he agreed to perform the National anthem in the first place if he had such a strong opposition to its message. Shame on the interviewer for not questioning whether Remi had used his own concert performances to promote his social agenda (or would such an action have generated adverse reactions from his fans). I have no problem with Remi's "position of peace", just the place and timing of its delivery!
He apolgized for what was done at this event. His heart was in the right place...the venue may not have been the best place to express it....he apologized...he was sincere about it...so lets move on...the 3 tinheads used this incident to pursue theyre own agendas. They lost theyre most talented tenor...and credibility...hear the audio...wanting to create a fake story and lie to theyre fans. Talk about deceitful and shamefull.
I had no problem with his message but the way he used his platform. Don't use the anthem to promote the message ever, imagine if anyone did that with the American Anthem then you will see blood boil.
junisor1 other singers, entertainers have changed words in the National Anthem and not been pilloried for it as Remigio Pereira was. Standing up for peace and unity is NOT disrespectful in any way. It didn't disrespect the baseball fans, Canadians or the MLB. Look at the chaos in the United States, police killed, people of color killed. Immigrants seeking asylum having their children ripped from their arms. This World needs peace if it is to survive. The 3 need to man up, negotiate a fair settlement, and inspite of their silence they know what is fair. Hypocrites singing about love and peace need to search their conscience. Remigio Pereira apologized and assumed responsibility for his actions. Make it right boys, and I say boys because your actions are not of men.
The issue, from my perspective, was not the MESSAGE that Remi was sending, it was the PLATFORM that he used to send that message. Canada's National anthem (or any national anthem for that manner) should never have been used to communicate a PERSONAL agenda. It was disrespectful to Canadians and Remi took advantage of an opportunity when he should have known better. If Remi had an issue with the WORDS in the anthem, then he never should have agreed to sing the anthem in the first place! The fact that Remi remains unapologetic about his "spontaneous" decision is the reason that he continues to be treated as an outcast.
topper18x.....Mr. Remi has apologized several times, saw a vid that shows him apologizing and explaining his side, I'm Canadian, wasn't offended, what burns me more is the way the other 3 handled it, very unprofessional, unfair, and they should be ashamed of themselves. The truth is out, did you hear about how they wanted to cover this up with fake stories of mental illness, lie to they're fans. The Tinheads are feeling the heat for they're lack of professionalism, and they'll be paying for it as well. Get for facts straight!
topper18x obviously you didn't see Rosanne Barrs disgusting rendition of America's Star Spangled Banner. None of Remigio Pereira's words were disrespectful in any way.
topper18x Disrespectful because he was trying to send a message of love and peace for all? He's not the first one that's changed the words to the anthem and I'm sure not the last.
@@lyndaklodt9582 Rosanne Barr's performance was a disgrace! And although you may believe Pereira's were not disrespectful, he betrayed his friends and the nation. The anthem is sacred! You don't change the words to meet your political agenda.
The message he was trying to convey was not wrong, the reaction to that message was overblown. What is absolutely inexcusable is that to convey his message he changed the words of the national anthem.
He's hardly a hero, while all lives to matter, that phraseology is highly insensitive as it suggests the BLM movement is baseless, further he was a member of a group, husbands, fathers etc that depend on the success of the group to "feed their children", you want to be a lone wolf, expect consequences and don't expect sympathy .. Perhaps he can come up with a song .. You reap what you sow ?
craig stephens standing up for peace is very brave in this world. It's total nonsense that he meant to negate BLM' s message. And shame on anyone who portrays it in that way.
I don't believe you're racist but that's irrelevant. There are ways of making protests and yours was wrong. You blindsided and betrayed your friends and the nation. The Canadian National Anthem is sacred. You were wrong to change the words.
Sorry, but he acted selfishly.....not consulting his fellow Tenors first before making the changes was not right. He should have hashed it out with them first. It was a spur of the moment thing he says....he should have remembered they call it show "business" for a reason...sorry that he lost his job, but the man didn't think....
It's crazy how a moment in time can change someone's whole future so dramatically. I wish the best for you Remi and I hope your career will take off again soon. You have such a gift.
Remi, thanks for telling the truth!!!
Dude kick rocks
I support Remigio not in his specific belief but in his intention, BUT he should have done it on his own, not throwing the whole band into his thing without even talk with the others. It's a good thing to be supportive of peace etc, but he should have done it on his own, maybe on social media et similia. I'm sorry he is now cut off from everything, he has a beautiful voice, he should be on stages and on tours because he has a great talent. I truly hope you can soon be on the top again Remigio! Be strong :)
You got more brains and more balls than those other tenors who just protected themselves and their careers, support for you Mr.Remi.
I LOVE this guy ❤️🙏🙏 Remi you are an incredible human being.. only just got into The Tenors music but DISGUSTING how three """friends""" treated you. I wish you every success in your solo career. Remi
God Bless you 🙏🙏🙏
That's our awesome Remi, God bless him!
Remy we know you're not a racist peace on you
I'm afraid, for them, it was a matter of survival as a group.
Barb Riordan you like to post copy n past your diatribe all over the net are you worried people will know the truth?
@@REMIGIOPEREIRA Quite the opposite. I'm concerned people won't learn the truth about you and the reason you're a solo artist.
He was right for the most part. BLM has always been a political arm of the Democratic party, and it was constructed to promote racial division.
Hope you are blessed with vocal work as that is your great talent and God protect you and your family
Remigio i am so proud of you standing up for what you believe in i stand with you if people would listen and take in what you were saying All Lives do matter and God knows that💕💕🙏
Remigio I miss you!! 🙏🏼
I miss the old Tenors there will never have a group like that before.
The best voice in the group. Their loss.
Your voice is amazing , no doubt you will make it on your own. Thank you for standing up for Truth!
Remi, thank you for standing up for the truth. It's not pretty but the honorable and courageous know what it is and will not be silenced. You are the definition of brave, especially in a socialized country like Canada.
IMPATRIOTFIRST ALWAYS- Well said
"It's not about the money" .... but for the controllers of our society it's all it's about. and the other tenors.. disgusting , they should have had this mans back ... snakes. This interview ended when the anchor got cornered with some obvious truth!
God is smiling on this man. Peace to you.
Remi, Thank You; All lives matter !
I stand with Remigio.
I'm a big Mr. Remi fan. This will definitely make a great movie one day.
@@barbriordan4377 I guess I am outdated but I just discovered The Tenors late last year. Thanks for the updated info. I'm glad the remaining members of the group acted appropriately toward Remi. But sounds like it was bad all around.
@@wval4379 Yes it was. The "All Lives Matter" was not the only problem they had with Remi but it was the most public so it's the only thing most people see. I understand why people think the Tenors were being unreasonable but if they had all the facts they might feel differently. The guys don't disclose private matters.
@@barbriordan4377 the guys in the group should not have attacked him like they did. They threw him under the bus. They should be ashamed of themselves. Remi's vocals carried that group.

He is absolutely right. Thank you Remigio!👍
Remi, yes..all lives matter. Thank you for speaking out. It is very important.
You're an amazing talent and a smart and thoughtful man. So, so, impressed by who you are. Thank you.
Late to the game, as a new fan, I now understand his views and support him fully.

Barb Riordan go get your vaccines “Barb” AKA Nashama, Carol, AKA Sanny Diamond

It is a tragedy that your brothers could do this to you! It's their loss...they lost the best singer that they had!!
People are quick to judge when your belief doesn't fit theirs. I agree maybe it wasn't the place or time to do that, but don't turn your backs on him over words. And he is right, ALL LIVES MATTER!
Boy, do I respect you!
Boys. Hang up your differences. This world needs more love right about now.
If you are part of a group and you make a decision to put the group at risk without a discussion, then that's a problem.
Thank You for This. Am behind you
Can only hope you can find peace with your decision!!
There definitely was nooooo ill intention with Remigio. I believe he was speaking for the world.
I'm with him all the way

the tenors....Lean on me, should call it "Push comes to shove", I'm not buying or seeing these guys anymore, unless I know Remi's getting his share of the royalties.
It was a National Anthem and he should have discussed it first

However, chosing your battles in life, while using a celebrity platform, has to be done with great care. Unfortunately, you said the wrong thing at the wrong time.
We know your intentions are honorable. And I also appreciate that you are actually aware of the issues and want to communicate that to your fans. But please, be more aware if what the words mean in today's world, before you do.
Much love. The Tenors should not have let you go. I hope your career goes well from that day forward.
I hope that they apologize to you. You all need to make up.
I know you're doing great with all your new music and it sounds wonderful never give up you will succeed and it's sad that the other three could not forgive you and move on
Money men that’s what this world is built on how sad Money money money well one thing for sure they cannot take it with them 🙏
I love this man
I saw a pbs special the other day and wondered what happened to the 4th tenor.
*I highly doubt it*
What it is really about is political correctness.... i mean, this is the modern version of 'the world is flat' and the vast majority of people all step in line with that and at all cost avoid any association with those who believe the world is round (people like Remigio).
Love you Remi...you will know them by what they do!
wooo come back remi.. im you number 1 fan here in the philippines. (specially ''LEAD WITH YOUR HEART)

I totally agree with this young man if you don't stand for what you believe you don't stand for anything and everybody counts no matter what color they are no matter what language they speak it's been pretty crazy you know all people matterI had already stopped listing to the tenor so much because I missed this man in them when are they going to wake up
If they did it to JESUS for speaking the TRUTH, they will do it to ANYONE...IT IS ALL part of the plan..........speak TRUTH, NO MATTER THE COST!
God wins and in the end you will win because you believe in God keep the faith
You NEVER change ANY WORDS in a Country's Anthem............no mater what your personal agenda.
Good man
We wish you the best and we're sorry you're not with the tenors anymore we hope for reconciliation if it's possible
Forgive this voice activated intelligence Peace on you remy
Ummmm sadly he threw away his life. His heart was probably in the right place but there were SO many more direct and effective ways to deliver his message.
God bless u u did nothing wrong move
Canada sucks
Peace beyond you Remy that's peace beyond you not beyond on you
I agree with all he has said BUT, you don't do it in a country's National Anthem.

ALL LIFE'S MATTER ALL LIFE'S MATTER
I SAY IT AGAIN ALL LIFE MATTERS
GOOD FOR YOU GARY.
I like his message but never ever use the National Anthem to deliver your political beliefs, it's just too divisive if you do it that way
While I agree that all lives matter there are acceptable venues to make a stand.
I pray for you to be healed and move forward for Christ.
