Having seen them multiple times over the years, including this last run (Seattle), this was by far the band at their best. Even without James and D’Arcy. I mean let’s be honest Darcy couldn’t sing. At least they have the vocals negligible here lol A good time for Billy and Jimmy. Both at their prime here
when Billie was a kid, his school's principal told his parents he was a musical savant and not to ignore his talent. they immediately went out and bought him his first guitar.
***** For some reason I don't really like Pearl Jam and I think it's the vocals because I do really like Mother Love Bone. But the list doesn't deserve to be taken seriously because things like Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin stranded around 140 and Muse was 7th..
Billy is great. The camera work is terrible. I hate all the jumps, shakiness, and zooming in and out. Give me a metro performance with only one camera.
Some really poor gib camera work, wow. The other camera operators are bad too but the gib omg bad in every aspect. A mess for the production overall a lot of blame to go around from the director on down.
It's pretty good now, he put some work into it. His voice used to be different on each record and i like that he used to change it a lot and thought he sounded great on American gothic.. but he started putting it so high in the mix... that's my only real complaint

I was there, fucking great gig. 1979 was just the absolute best that night, atmosphere in the crowd was so nice.
I was there, too
Zeitgeist is a solid album that suffers from poor production but those songs really come to life here.
Best version of Gossamer ever.
Billy sings very good here
Gossamer. I was 13. Never forget this moment 42:51
Billy and Jimmy on top of their game here. Billy has really found his voice at this point of his musical arc.
2007 wasn't a good year for the pumpkins
@@SoundMuzak why?
not really, Billy looks kinda sick and is very lazy to sing well
@@inspectious9839 Nah, really not on your wavelength here!
wow! that last one was just amazing!
Love it, thanks for posting! I'd forgotten how much great stuff they'd done!!
For me , the pumpkins were at their top , Billy has look back on his songs with maturity , he looks calm in introspection ..
instaBlaster...
They are pretty sharp in this concert.
You make me real.
that synth is killer
Gossamer is kickass, the only thing bad is that in a part the song is saturated by the guitars rather than that its almost epic
???
Debe ser hermoso tocar junto a ellos
That keyboard base is smooth...
love it 👊👍
love love love
Best line s2

What is going on at 50:50???? WOW!

***** He is a genius and nowadays the smashing pumpkins are really underrated
i have to agree with that completely! but i think that makes them even more special
yeah but the more mainstream they are the higher on the charts they are. except thats weird about pearl jam.. also one of my favs. hmm...

Концерт когда Билли принял Героин
Untitled was really kind of a Zwan song, wasn't it?
It wasn't. It was Pumpkins' farewell last single before they broke up in 2000
What are the names of the two women on the keyboard and bass?
Bass: Ginger Reyes
Keys: Lisa Harriton
Billy is great. The camera work is terrible. I hate all the jumps, shakiness, and zooming in and out. Give me a metro performance with only one camera.

Billy's voice wasn't very good.
It breaks my heart..
