So is this the 2024 model ? There is a rumor that says it has the improved gear box found on the Stelvio, as the original gear box on the 2023 V100 is a bit rough and clunky. I tested the 2023 V100 and the 2024 Stelvio back to back for one hour each and found the Stelvio's gear box to be much better than the V100's. Which is why I'm waiting to see if the rumor is true. The V100 is the perfect bike for me except for that gear box. Paired with the new and improved gear box from the Stelvio, it would turn into the ultimate bike !
@@throttlecompany Strange, I have found the difference to be quite big. Guzzi forums are full of people like me. Look it up. The chinese maker of these gearboxes improved them for the release of the Stelvio. Professional reviewers from bike magazines all over the world all said that the gearbox was pretty rough when the V100 came out. Nobody complained when the Stelvio came out. They improved it. It's a fact. The only question remaining is, did they put the new gearboxes on the new V100 or not. Maybe they had a bunch of spares from the first generation that they had to use before switching to the new ones... I don't know 🤷♂
Black is nice but they need to black out the motor. Same goes for the Stelvio.

I have never heard of an improved gearbox in either Mandello or Stelvio. I have ridden both and I can’t tell a difference in the gearboxes.
