Like there were so many characters that would interact with other characters naturally, and you already knew what their feud would be about when they did cross paths. Think about how many legit main eventers there were between raw and nitro in the late 90s. And also so many midcarders that were okay being midcarders and excelled at it, too
I heard on the Something to Wrestle with podcast that it was Bruce Prichard who came up with the WWF scratch logo. He said during a meeting he was scratch drawing through the old WWF logo. Vince saw it and said this is what we need
Kevin Sullivan came up with the War Games concept; Pat Patterson came up with the Royal Rumble match; Bret Hart brought the Ladder Match to the WWF after it was done in Stampede; Gary Hart came up with blowing mist
