- The Russian Defence Ministry announced the destruction of a Ukrainian MiG-29 fighter jet using an Iskander mobile short-range ballistic missile. The strike targeted the Southern Dolgintsevo Air Base, where several air-to-surface weapons and vehicles, including those belonging to the Ukrainian Aviation Engineering Service, were also destroyed. When dealing w/ nuclear warheads, you are inadvertently dealing with delivery systems. Nuclear delivery systems are very particular systems that only certain pieces of equipment are fixed with.
