Does it use your current cell phone number? If someone calls or texts your cell phone number will it ring your phone? Or do people have to have your Iridium satellite phone number?
How is the internet speed
I mainly solo camp so have always had a PLB which to me is a must but am thinking of an Iridium go so I can txt and maybe the odd voice message. So what is the monthly plan cost of one of these and call/ text charges?
How is reliability? I have had Inreach for several years but it has failed me several times. So, i was thinking of switching to Iridium Go but several YT comments have complained about its reliability too.
If your Inreach sucks then iridium will to, uses the same sats
