I imagine it is possible to make something. This was my quick fix solution to make the most of the heat the X100 pumps out with the benefit that the stove fan can be stowed away when not needed. Wallas make a hob with an integrated cover and fan to double as a heater which I believe is based on the X100 - The Wallas XC Duo - I looked at getting one but found the lid limited the size of pots on the hob and as I wanted a combined van/water heater anyway it would have been an unnecessary extra expense (The XC Duo is more expensive). The stove fan is just to take the chill off the van when I am in there for a short time, but the Dual Top Evo is to keep the van warm in anything from sub zero upwards. HughTube did a video review on the Wallas here: th-cam.com/video/pbO3BQ4UX7g/w-d-xo.html

Hey man I found a perfect fit lid from Scamp trailers here in the states, I bet you could integrate a couple fans in there

I was considering this technique before buying a Wallas xc duo. Seems like a very cost effective workaround, given the ridiculous price of the Wallas. The xc duo pushes out WAY too much heat for a low top panel van, even at lowest setting, but for larger RVs, even at sub zero temperatures it will be cozy. Your method would be ideal for smaller vans.
