More deck profile videos like how you did in Duel Links where you would explain the deck list then show some games. Basically videos like this, and the duel meta corp channel has the tournament replays for when I want to watch those types of games.
What I'd love to see is a rundown of the top 5-10 decks, their game plan, description of aggro/control/midrange/tempo and key cards. There are such an overwhelming quantity of archetypes and strategies in this game and it's hard to keep up. I played Duel Links for a while and enjoyed it, but had to spend so much money just to have a couple competitive decks. Master Duel is fun, but when someone is playing 20+ actions in a turn it's hard to keep up with what the hell is going on, and I'd like to understand what the top decks do and how to play them and against them.
I would recommend looking up combo videos and deck profiles from people that play those decks. They can sometimes summarize what each of their combo pieces do and reveal important choke points. Another thing to note is to really pay attention to what cards they end their combos with. Usually, all combo decks land on the same few dozen monsters to end their turn. So instead of reading hundreds of cards, you can just study up on about a dozen Extra Deck monsters.
I like the "how to beat meta decks" guide and the "missing the timing" guide, very helpful. I would like to see a new section where people shares lost duels or a very hard situation and DKayed gives us feedback on how we could won the duel.
I would love to see content for spots to stop different decks. Like “if they do x thing, possible responses are x” Just as ways to help players learn ways to counter or play around decks
As a returning player I would really like to see a breakdown of the different mechanics in the game. For example toggle timings, chaining effects, differences in card wording, summoning triggers etc

As a Mekk Knight/Live Twin player yeah. It's frustrating getting demolished but when you get that win against a Tri Brigade, Eldlich, or Drytron it feels awesome.

A handtrap guide for the most popular/tiered decks would be neat. Where the choke points are for a decks combos. It would be too lengthy and cluttered with multiple HT's so start off with just Ash
I miss the weekly tournaments and specially the breakdowns on the decks and matchups of top tier decks. Super informative for people grinding high plat.
I have already been playing similar decks like this with my Dino deck! Very good stuff, sir! I would LOVE to see you put out either a Psy-Frame guide or a Psy-Frame deck video because one rocked me recently and they had some SUPER crazy plays!
I would like to see some decks that DL players can make in MD without learning a new deck. There’s so many options so playing what you are familiar with is nice. Phantom Knights, for example, are tiered on both games so it’s possible for decks in DL to be playable in a stronger format and without op skills.
Hearing about how the spyral combo is somewhere around 50 actions to set up during you video on the issues in master duel made me very interested in hearing more on how that deck is played. Another topic that could be interesting is how to best read what spell or traps the opponent sets, and where to target to have the best chance of removing their important ones.
That 50 actions spyral combo ends up with a board of 2400 atk Apollousa (3 monster negate) , Spyral Double Helix, Spyral Sleeper equipped with Spiral Gear Last Resort (2 destroy any card on the field), and a Tri gate Wizard (which is an omni negate)
You need Spyral Quick Fix and a Magicians Soul in your hand. 1) Special Summon Magicians Soul from your hand by sending Spyral Master Plan in grave. 2) Normal Summon Quick Fix and activate it to search Spyral Gear Big Red. 3) Big Red Activates to Summon Master Plan from your grave. 4) Master Plan activate to search for Spyral Mission Assault 5) Link Summon into Spyral Double Helix using Quick Fix and Master Plan. 5) Master Plans effect activate to search for Spyral Super Agent and Spyral Resort 6) Activate Resort to search for Spyral Sleeper 7) Activate Quick Fix to send Assault to special summon itself from grave. Activate Quick Fix effect to search for Spyral Gear Drone. 8) Assault activates on grave to banish itself to special summon Drone 9) Drone Activates to look at the top 3 of your opponents deck. Arrange it. ( this is important because you have to know what is the next card your opponent will draw) 10) Special Summon Super Agent from your hand (it won't special summon if you call wrong on what is in the top of your opp. deck) 11) Activate Double Helix to special summon another Master Plan from your deck (again you have to call it right) 12) Master Plan activates to search for Spyral Mission Rescue 13) Xyz summon into any Rank 1 that can detach ( But I preferably summon Sylvan sprite here) using Drone and Quick Fix 14) Activate the Xyz monster (in this case Sylvan Sprite) and detach Quick fix (You have to send the Quick Fix) 15) Activate Quick Fix from your grave to send Rescue to special summon itself and search for Spyral Last Resort 16) Link Summon into Apollousa using Double Helix, Master Plan, and Sylvan Sprite 17) Rescue activate from grave to special summon Master plan from grave 18) Activate Master Plan to search for Rescue again 19) Activate Magicians Soul (remember this guy? Lmao) to send Rescue and another spell/trap you have (if you want to keep a valuable spell/trap from your hand just send the Spyral Resort alongside Rescue) to draw 2 cards 20) Xyz Summon again to another Rank 1 that can detach using Magicians Soul and Quick Fix ( in this case I will use Fucho). Fucho will activate to detach 2 cards. 21) Activate Quick Fix again send Rescue to Special Summon itself 22) Rescue again will activate to sp. summon Master Plan and Master Plan will search for the 3rd and final Rescue 23) Link Summon Barricadeborg Blocker using the 2 Master Plan in the field and activate its effects to send the Rescue from your hand to grave 24) Link Summon into Tri gate Wizard using Barricadeborg Blocker and Fucho ( You have to summon Tri gate Wizard to the bottom of Apollousa because Tri gate Wizard gains an effect when it points to a monster that points it too) 25) Link Summon into Knightmare Phoenix using Quick Fix and Super Agent (Place it on the left side of Tri gate Wizard) 26) Rescue Will activate to special summon Double Helix (place it on the right side of Tri gate Wizard) 27) Sp. Summon Spyral Sleeper by banishing 3 Spyral Cards (Just banish the 2 Master Plan and the Big Red) 28) Activate Spyral Gear Last Resort to equip itself to Sleeper And now you have a full field. Although it's not 50 steps its still a long ass combo that anyone can stop with a single Ash Blossom. If I get something wrong in the combos just let me know ( I'm still an amateur using Spyral)
@@crafter2.080 Very cool, i don't know if there was anything wrong in there myself, but thank you for taking the time to explain the combo. And this is one of the longest combos I've seen, even if it's not 50 steps. Though I haven't actually counted how many drytrons has.
I truly just wanna learn how to play Zoodiac Tri-brigade from you right here on master duel and not on some simulator. I've seen other TH-camrs but I'd feel easy if you played it. Thanks
IIRC, counter traps can only be negated by other counter traps due to their speed so, theoretically, any counter trap that can be activated and, typically, will negate a monster effect then destroy will work to destroy Herald of Ultimateness when it tries to negate. Solemn Strike perfectly fits that criteria, so you have more option for taking out big negaters. Also, I love that Moon Mirror Shield is getting some recognition. The only issue I have is that 12 of the cards are Ultra Rare and maybe 3 of the cards are part of a secret pack and the rest are craft or Master Pack, but most of them could be used outside of just this deck theme as well.
In future videos, I'd love to see you try your hand at building the best possible deck you can out of non-meta archetypes and take them for a spin. Red-Eyes is my personal favorite. As someone who likes to play functional decks but also has a soft spot for older suboptimal archetypes, I appreciate every guide I see from better plays figured out better builds for those decks, even if they aren't necessarily Plat 1 material.
Thanks for the deck breakdown. I’ve definitely noticed season 2 has been much more difficult than season 1, so I’m glad to see some counters to these monstrosities
As a player who returned to YuGiOh! after a long hiatus, I need help learning what all of the archetypes for decks I missed out on are actually capable of. Your videos have been extremely helpful in catching me up for the most part. I think I would like to see a video on older deck types that are still viable competitively in Master Duel. This video you have here excites me for what an old player like me could potentially use to have fun and not get crushed all of the time by something I have no idea of what the opponent just did. Love your great explanations. Looking forward to more videos.
I'd like to see any Maha Vailo or Solar Flare Dragon deck ideas, or advice on what to expect getting into higher tiers. Right now I run Trap Burn and am a gold 3, but I quit playing before synchros were even a thing... So I appreciate and agree with the thought about how Yu-Gi-Oh seems like a monster compared to when I was younger. Great video! 👍
I've been watching you for 3 years and i personally think that you should follow the same pattern as in duel links. That means the tournaments that you organized and broadcasted (along with the breakdown of the top 32 decks for example) , the guides and the optimal versions of the top tier decks , the decks that aren't in the tier list but are worthy to reach plat 1 (like the cyber dragon, endymion and heroes decks that you posted , i have to say that i enjoyed them a lot) , maybe occasionally a few rogue decks to also spice things up (if you also would like to try them) and the educational videos that helps us improve which could differ from analysing and 'reading' the hand traps or the backrow cards to for example demonstrating which is the best time to negate for certain meta decks . Lastly i would like to express my gratitude for what you are doing for the yugioh community and do whatever you feel like you want to do because i'll still watch you sending FOOLS back to fortnite.
Just subscribed!!! Love the deck, though i dont have any gems to make this deck anymore haha. Any recommendation for dark magician deck? I know it is not competitive, but i just like it so much that it doesn't matter.
I love when you coach! Very detail-oriented, but explain things in a simple manner that's easy to follow. Great alternative and super refreshing compared to all the current meta out there. I would like to see if you can make a Fallen of Albaz deck. I see Dogmatika in other decks, but rarely Albaz!. Great video :)
This is my first video and this deck is amazing, already subscribed, hope to see more decks that you play as you understand the new type of metas in the game
Dkayed, I have been watching you for a few years now, not consistently though. I went on a hiatus from duel links after accomplishing king of games. But when I got wind of Master duel I jump right on and I'm addicted again but as you and everybody else knows it's a whole different monster then dual links. I've been messing around with all kinds of decks or at least a handful. But I'm just curious is there any kind of jinzo deck that would work and actually go all the way from the bottom to the top? I ask because there's some people posting videos on master duel one of them being teamsamuri, and when I try the stuff it's a slap in the face. I like the idea of jinzo and mixing it with cards like imperial order and spell canceler, basically trying to go for a solid or almost solid control deck. With all your knowledge is it possible because with a little bit of messing around that I've done with those cards and then some I haven't been able to find an answer other than a big no...
Hi.Greetz from the Netherlands. On your master duel meta site, the "top main deck"that is listed. could you explain what the red and green arrows on some cards mean? Also. the card listed in this sample deck called "vanity`s emptiness" is nowhere to be found? And as last remark ( should be 1st) Thank you!
Hey Dkayed I used to be a big fan of Yugioh as a kid but never really had the opportunity to understand it. Ever since Master duels came out I've been watching your videos to learn how to get into it. I'm not very good at combo decks but have been a fan of rogue decks could you cover more rogue decks that may counter the meta?
Love to see videos about Tier list not only about top tier decks, but also about rogue/tier 4 decks (with deeper analysis, comparison, how to counter other decks, which are the weak points of the deck to counter against, which effect chains should be negated, what to do when go 1st/2nd, ...).
I think videos with decks that new players can grasp and play are a really good idea. One of the things I struggled with is finding a deck that doesn't have me performing quantum physics in the middle of a duel.
I always appreciate your content since you started in duel links. I really enjoy how you break down decks and how to play them. I would like to see videos of how your thought process is when you want to build a new deck from scratch for example what are the first things you look for when starting to add cards into your deck is it winning conditions? Then do you proceed with support cards for those winning conditions? I feel like this would help beginners have a solid foundation of what deck building should be and how they should consider certain cards over others. Just my two cents. Thanks for the sweet short and simple video. Keep the content coming I’m loving it 👌🏻. Happy Saturday Everyone.
I'd love to see a video guide going over hand traps. Things like what the best hand traps are against different decks, when to effectively hand trap different decks to maximize disrupting them, etc. I feel like this is something that's good for new players and older players alike.
Imagine a feature that allows individual records for your decks and more in depth analytics of what decks you win against and lose to, also providing the ratios of you winning by going 1st and 2nd.
I'd like to learn more about Solfachord deck. I like their concept and art style so I thought of learning them since I already have an Endymion deck for ranked. Haha this one's for fun :D
I would like more contents on some advanced/detailed technique/tips like toggling, missing timing, some minor details on playing, advanced tips for certain archetypes, when to handtrap versus meta and so on.
I would like to see interviews with players who top DMC events to get their thoughts on the meta and the game in general. I enjoyed the interview with jchurch about drytron.
I'd like to see some more deck profile and deck matchups like you did in duel links, I've been subscribed for a long time. I'm obsessed with the synchro era, and ik it hasn't come out yet, but when the new synchro pack comes out, it would be sick to see a shooting majestic deck, OR a stardust or red dragon archfiend deck. Not exactly meta, but I always had a lot of fun playing these.
fantastic content dude, really enjoyed seeing live twins video the other day. I'd really like to see a gladiator deck or some vampires, if those haven't been covered already! Thank you again and keep up the great work.
This looks like a fun deck to run. I'll consider giving it a go at some point. Though, what are some good budget variants for cards like Solemn Strike? I know this deck isn't *too* expensive but SR and UR points are hard to come by still (if only I could dismantle the extra Legacy Cards I got.)
I’d like to see an overview on the common lynchpins for the meta decks that we need to keep in mind to know what to negate. Can’t count the number of times I used negates too early/late.
keep it up your the best Master duel youtuber out there, i'd like you to do witch crafter deck because it seems like it has more support than in duellinks and i want to see how it does in master duel
I personally would like if you did a video on how some meta decks work, and specifically how to counter them. Like the one you did against Eldlich, negating Sanguine's search and banishing Golden Lord! Something like this against Drytrons, Sky Strikers, Dragonmaids, Zoodiac, Paleozoic/Frogs, Tri-Brigade, Prankids, etc.
I still remember when I got back into yugioh. I bought a true draco deck off a friend and actually managed to win my first tourney with it. So stun/trap decks will always have a special place in my heart.
I'd love to learn general tips and card choices for how to beat Virtual World (especially when going second), and to a lesser extent Phantom Knights. Also, based on what you said on stream today, I'm excited to see you pick up and play Myutants! (I don't know much about them personally but from what I've seen, they look like a fun deck)
I'm a returning player from the Syncro era. I had a bit of trouble but I finally managed to understand Xyz and Pendulum enough to play them. However, I'm still a bit puzzled with Link monsters. I know how to summon the and how to use the effects, but what trips me up is the how and why I should be doing it and in which specific instances it would be necessary. If you can make a Link Monster guide for a complete noob like me, I would appreciate it.
A Meta deck explained for countering them, what or where to use your handtraps on. Not everyone can make a meta deck to understand how they work. Love the content!
0:48 if he had used Mu Fafnir and Delta to make Masquerena, then at your standby phase activate Beatrice to dump Eva for a double search. When u normal summon the Banisher, link use Masquerena and Beatrice with no materials to make Unicorn to bounce the Banisher back to the deck, you basically lose immediately. I play Drytrons myself(I AM SORRY) and I do this all the time
He also could have made Union Carrier in turn one, use Union Carrier to attach Eva and then tribute it for Ultimateness, this will make sure he starts the 2nd turn with enough fairies in his hand
what i would like to learn and i think will be cool for the begginers, Is a quick explanation about what is a floter effect, whats a staple, serchers and how to apply this knowloge to create a deck even if is not that strong.
Really enjoyed this new style of video and kinda wanna build a stun deck myself now. Another fun/meme deck breakdown that i would like to see would be chain beat. Not sure how it would do with the meta being as fast as it is now, but would still be cool to see
A quick matchup breakdown of the tiered decks would be super cool; content along the lines of Tri-Brigade: negate fraktall search, imperm the normal summon
@Dkayed - Duel Meta I was having trouble even with this deck in ranked so I combined parts of exodia lockdown and stun deck to create exodia stun lockdown and if you use astral kuriboh with crooked cook as XYZ material plus moon mirror shield plus power of the guardians WITH negates on the field. Crooked cook will literally become a god card to deal with!! Your free to use my deck although I'll have to edit this tomorrow for the deck list
I would love to see more videos talking about secret packs. Best archetypes to get, best urs and srs (And in Which pack they come from). You could also talk about future packs for new cards that will come in the future (Example battle of chaos: would they be a new general pack, some secret packs or in structure decks)
This is really a life saviour. As someone who is returning to YGO, the current meta is just too much. Opponent main phase takes wayyyy too long, and i ended up losing most of my matches. Can't even complete my dailies. Well, at least now i can use this deck to grind daily missions to create another deck i like 👌
I like the ‘how to beat mega deck’ videos as like yourself I was away from yugioh for a long time and struggle a bit in trying to get used to all the new summoning types, plus DK your vids are the best.
I would like during deck breakdowns if at the end you mention the "chokepoint" or how other decks can beat the deck. I know its weird when you're showcasing a deck to explain how to beat it but it gives people who don't want to play the deck a reason to watch.
More beginner series would be awesome. For example, a card dismantling guide for beginners would be great, to avoid accidentally dismantling actual good cards and regret later once they get better in the game. Also, more deck showcases for rogue decks would be great as well, showcasing the concept of various decks versus different matchups. This can help beginners to pick a fun deck to start playing in case they want to avoid playing with meta decks.
I'm having fun trying out different Blue eyes/ dragon archetype decks. Are there any cards that have yet to be added to master duel or are currently banned that you think could potentially make a Blue eyes deck competitive? I just love me some eyes of blue
Started to play yugioh with master duel, i'm loving it and i think it was very easy to reach plat, but im struggling climbing from there, i feel i don't understand all the many many situations i end up against so many different decks, so id like to see some replays, raw and explained of the popular decks on bad situations. I drop by the livestream when i can, but most of the time i can only watch during the tournaments and i dont really get whats happening

4) Master Plan activate to search for Spyral Mission Assault
5) Link Summon into Spyral Double Helix using Quick Fix and Master Plan.
5) Master Plans effect activate to search for Spyral Super Agent and Spyral Resort
6) Activate Resort to search for Spyral Sleeper
7) Activate Quick Fix to send Assault to special summon itself from grave. Activate Quick Fix effect to search for Spyral Gear Drone.
8) Assault activates on grave to banish itself to special summon Drone
9) Drone Activates to look at the top 3 of your opponents deck. Arrange it. ( this is important because you have to know what is the next card your opponent will draw)
10) Special Summon Super Agent from your hand (it won't special summon if you call wrong on what is in the top of your opp. deck)
11) Activate Double Helix to special summon another Master Plan from your deck (again you have to call it right)
12) Master Plan activates to search for Spyral Mission Rescue
13) Xyz summon into any Rank 1 that can detach ( But I preferably summon Sylvan sprite here) using Drone and Quick Fix
14) Activate the Xyz monster (in this case Sylvan Sprite) and detach Quick fix (You have to send the Quick Fix)
15) Activate Quick Fix from your grave to send Rescue to special summon itself and search for Spyral Last Resort
16) Link Summon into Apollousa using Double Helix, Master Plan, and Sylvan Sprite
17) Rescue activate from grave to special summon Master plan from grave
18) Activate Master Plan to search for Rescue again
19) Activate Magicians Soul (remember this guy? Lmao) to send Rescue and another spell/trap you have (if you want to keep a valuable spell/trap from your hand just send the Spyral Resort alongside Rescue) to draw 2 cards
20) Xyz Summon again to another Rank 1 that can detach using Magicians Soul and Quick Fix ( in this case I will use Fucho). Fucho will activate to detach 2 cards.
21) Activate Quick Fix again send Rescue to Special Summon itself
22) Rescue again will activate to sp. summon Master Plan and Master Plan will search for the 3rd and final Rescue
23) Link Summon Barricadeborg Blocker using the 2 Master Plan in the field and activate its effects to send the Rescue from your hand to grave
24) Link Summon into Tri gate Wizard using Barricadeborg Blocker and Fucho ( You have to summon Tri gate Wizard to the bottom of Apollousa because Tri gate Wizard gains an effect when it points to a monster that points it too)
25) Link Summon into Knightmare Phoenix using Quick Fix and Super Agent (Place it on the left side of Tri gate Wizard)
26) Rescue Will activate to special summon Double Helix (place it on the right side of Tri gate Wizard)
27) Sp. Summon Spyral Sleeper by banishing 3 Spyral Cards (Just banish the 2 Master Plan and the Big Red)
28) Activate Spyral Gear Last Resort to equip itself to Sleeper
And now you have a full field.
The best New player deck is 8 card Exodia.
I truly just wanna learn how to play Zoodiac Tri-brigade from you right here on master duel and not on some simulator. I've seen other TH-camrs but I'd feel easy if you played it. Thanks
Love to see tips on how to cripple meta decks and some rogue decks showcase and breakdown. We're fine with longer vids I think.
The drytron player at the beginning surrendering after being negated is chef's kiss
I'm new to Master Duel, is there a good alternative for Inspector Boarder? I don't have enough UR materials
Nice one dkayed, next up a guide on when to use handtraps like ash and called by at the top Tier Decks pls
just started this game two days ago and youve honestly been a lot of help
Love this! Would love to see more of them budget Decks which still can compete in higher Ranks :)
I miss the weekly tournaments. I'd like to be able to see you break down the meta deck profiles from tournament play.
Great deck profile! Could you make a competitive red-eyes or galaxy-eyes deck?
If your deck can play under it(as this deck) use the strongest hand trap(and by far) of the whole game:dimension shifter
I have alot more UR points now, what can I spend to improve this deck?
Imagine a feature that allows individual records for your decks and more in depth analytics of what decks you win against and lose to, also providing the ratios of you winning by going 1st and 2nd.
I think more guides on free-to-play fun decks for people to have fun with after using a deck to climb would be nice.
Thank you again and keep up the great work.
i love this NEW video format of yours Dkayed. Keep this going.
This deck is nuts! Showed it to my friend who is new and doesnt know what to play yet and he is enjoying the hell out of it
This looks like a fun deck to run.
Can you make a deck list and tutorial video for Ritual Beasts in master duel? I don't see very many people playing them in game or on TH-cam.
keep it up your the best Master duel youtuber out there, i'd like you to do witch crafter deck because it seems like it has more support than in duellinks and i want to see how it does in master duel
More fun deck profiles and gameplay showing how you beat the meta! Btw love your voice, it’s really nice to listen to~
I still remember when I got back into yugioh.
Actually will show my friend this video who likes all the OG cards and hasn't played any new meta stuff. Good video
A Meta deck explained for countering them, what or where to use your handtraps on. Not everyone can make a meta deck to understand how they work. Love the content!
You made Duel Links alive for the community and now makes Master Duel too, just keep doing your usual stuff !
Not sure how it would do with the meta being as fast as it is now, but would still be cool to see
id love to see a video on "best extra deck staples, best value secret packs" ones that contain the most for your gems.
A quick matchup breakdown of the tiered decks would be super cool; content along the lines of Tri-Brigade: negate fraktall search, imperm the normal summon
Loving the master duel content so far!!! You earned a new sub on twitch :)
I like how you did the quick guide to this. I think u should just do more of these
I’d love to see more deck breakdowns on both meta and rogue decks so that people can learn how to play against them
I love the idea of "going back to the roots"!!! I'd love seeing more of this- throwing me back to 2006(atleast somewhat)
It would be pretty cool to see you make a video on adamancipator, and a potential master duel deck rankings/tier list
Well, at least now i can use this deck to grind daily missions to create another deck i like 👌
Just found your channel. This was pretty helpful. Thank you.
Would like to see some more deck profile videos along with an explanation on some tips with said deck(s).
I’ve never been a stun type of player but this deck genuinely looks really powerful
in the decklist, whats the name of the super rare trap card between storming mirror force and solemn judgment ?
I'm having fun trying out different Blue eyes/ dragon archetype decks. Are there any cards that have yet to be added to master duel or are currently banned that you think could potentially make a Blue eyes deck competitive? I just love me some eyes of blue
Thought process in how to predict/bait out pesky negates/traps like ash blossom, call of grave, effect veiler, infinite impermeance or etc
Id like to see some in depth combo deck tutorials. Like how to play with optimal and sub optimal hands.
