Hi there are a list of countries visa not required to enter morocco for certain period..You can google it, i’m from Malaysia and in the list not required visa, just bring passport and they will stamp it on board before arrival

Please person needs visa before one can buy the ferry ticket...example from Tangier to Tarifa , or Tarifa to Tangier
Visa needed just from moroccans .. people who got their European passport can go and back without visa
no need visa to buy the ticket..just passport id

We stayed at Tarifa for 2 nights for only 100euros..Sorry im not aware of any luggage storage at the Tarifa
