- The KC Wheel (an Observation Wheel not a Ferris Wheel) and the Pennway Putt mini golf are both open daily from 10Am to 10PM. The gondolas have music playing in them with a volume control button. The black gondola is the VIP gondola which can be booked. The price for the wheel is $16.50 general admission and $13.20 for children ages 3 to 11. The price for Pennway Putt is $13.20. You can buy tickets online (which can be downloaded and shown from your phone instead of printed) at kcwheel.com or there at the location. Enjoy and be blessed✝️!! #kcwheel

Kansas City is the best
This is the worse location for this thing. This highway is bad enough, it didn't need any more distractions and what a horrible view of the city.
