  • After being evacuated from the 242 fire and spending a week at the Klamath Falls, OR fairgrounds I decided to hit the road. I headed over to 395 to head down the eastern side of the Sierra mountains heading south. I ended up at Ramhorn Springs campground a BLM campground. My intentions were to stay here for 14 days. I ended up leaving after only a couple of days due to poor cell service even with a booster. The road in is wash boarded and steep in a few spots but nothing that my 35ft motorhome couldn't handle. There are 12 campsites and non of them are very level and 1 pull thur site.

I was just there recently with my cousin. Definitely no cell service unless I went up off trail on the ridge. The Rimrock and native bunchgrass and western Juniper in those parts are extraordinary. It was very dark and we could see the milkey Way vividly at night!

Hello! We found your channel over at Bearfoot Adventures and wanted to check you out! We love to connect with and support fellow TH-camrs! Love your channel name. We can't wait to let go and live but unfortunately have to wait for 28 months yet! How nice to have a whole campground to yourself! Rambo was the first thing I thought! LOL Will definitely subcribe to follow along on more of your adventures! 👍😃👍

Thanks for checking out my Channel. When I decided to go fulltime I down sized from a 3 bedroom home into 35 ft Motorhome in 2 months😱 and no storage unit. LOL Just don’t wait till the last minute to get rid of Stuff ! I cleared out 3 spaces and had a keep pile, donate/sell pile and a not Sure pile. This helped me with the visual part. I am constantly still getting rid of stuff😂
